Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (32GB) 5.5" HD, 4G LTE GSM Unlocked - J727T Black

The phone was brand new.. it works perfectly fine..its 4g lte capable..its like I bought it brand new from the store.. this phone is locked,i don't know why they would say unlocked, its not true...i have t mobile, this is a metro pcs phone with the t mobile network..i..so basically it works perfectly with t mobile..It has a 7.0 operating system.,it says its has version 11.0, another thing that's not true..i don't know why they would say android version 11,the j series only got 2 major updates, version 7 and 8.1..android version 11 was never avaliable to the j series phone...i was hoping for a least 8.1 version ..can't update it obviously..it's a store display phone..but the phone works beautiful so far..plus the battery is great on this phone, I charge it once a day n I use the phone alot..i am beyond happy with this phone..does.not have dual SIM though either..P.s..someone said the sound sucks,the sound is great on this phone..

Phone stops collecting charge after it's full. Can take a fall with minimal damage. But freeze up if too many apps are opened in the background and to much command are being ran at the same time.

I bought this for my son, and we haven't really used it extensively, so I can't report on much. But it seems to be a nice phone for the price, and has 32 GB internal memory and I bought a 64GB card for it. I was concerned that it was a Metro PCS phone initially, but there is no Metro PCS identifiers on the phone screen or that I can find as a concern. Looking forward to using it more.

Don't waste your time with these phones. They are locked phones unlike what the descriptions says. Trust me....i bought one and it was locked and i had to send it back. My wife was very upset over this.

Good value for the GB's available ; easy to adapt to...the camera is better than expected, but still not up to first-quality standards.But. . .the sound really REALLY sucks. Purchase a portable $20.-bluetooth speaker to go with this one..😣

I bought a NEW telephone. Phone received looked like it had been used as it had 3 text messages addressed to someone named "Ricardo." Yet phone arrived in a sealed bag as though it had never been used. Very disappointed but needed it and did not want to return it and wait for another one. I gave it 3 stars only because we already owned another exact telephone and are happy with it, otherwise because we received a "used" phone, I would have given it a one star only.

I replaced my galaxy j7 with this phone. It's great. The fingertip sensor works and the images are really clear.

The phone I ordered which was described as "unlocked for GSM carriers" did NOT work for AT&T which is a GSM carrier. I even went in to try having them do it at AT&T.It seems like a good phone from what I could tell and it came appearing in perfect condition but it's useless to me and, I feel, wrongly described.
