Highly recommend—I'm thrilled with it!
I recently replaced my old lead-acid pack with the DC HOUSE 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery (metal case version with the included 18A charger, Bluetooth, LCD monitor, and switch), and wow—what a game-changer! I've been using it for several months now on my EZGO (similar results expected for Club Car/Yamaha), and it's exceeded every expectation. Installation was a breeze – literally plug-and-play compared to wrestling with six 8V lead-acids. Dropped right in, hooked up the cables (they even include decent terminals), flipped the switch, and it was ready to go in under an hour. No more messy acid maintenance or watering! Performance is outstanding. The cart feels lighter (shed hundreds of pounds!), accelerates faster, climbs hills effortlessly with consistent power (no voltage sag like lead-acid), and I easily get 40–50+ miles per charge depending on terrain and load—way more than my old setup. I've played multiple rounds without worrying about dying mid-round. The built-in 200A BMS handles everything smoothly, and the low-temp protection is a nice bonus here in North Carolina winters. Love the smart features: Bluetooth app shows real-time voltage, current, SOC, and temp—super handy. The touch LCD monitor on the battery is clear and easy to read. The 18A charger is fast and reliable; full charge in about 5-6 hours overnight, no issues. Build quality feels solid — sturdy metal case (fire-resistant and durable), and everything balances perfectly out of the box. No weird noises, no overheating, no surprises. For the price (especially with the charger and extras included), this is an incredible value—huge upgrade over lead-acid without breaking the bank on premium brands. If you're tired of weak performance and constant maintenance, do yourself a favor and grab this. Highly recommend—I'm thrilled with it!

If You Go Lithium - Go DC House (Read to End)
Two years ago, I bought a 2010 EZ Go RXV golf cart from a less-than-honest source. In the months that followed, I either replaced or repainted every single part of it (I mean everything) except its batteries and motor. While the seller claimed that its 48V power pack, consisting of four 12V Trojan 150 Ah batteries connected in series, was just 3-years old and should have a 5-year minimum life expectancy, it began yielding noticeably less range following each charge. So, I Googled this and found out that a manufacturing date code is stamped atop the negative of each battery. Mine are all stamped with “J6” and. researching further, I found this to represent a 2010 date of 14 years ago. In other words, they were as old as the cart itself and were long over-due for replacement. This left 2 obvious choices; (1) installing a new set of Trojan batteries that would have a price tag of approximately between $1,400 (DYI) and as much as $2,500 (dealer-installed), or (2) read up on using a Lithium alternative. Once I did the research, I decided on a 48V Lithium solution. When surfing Amazon, there are many available choices, mostly Chinese made, even with those sporting the names of US companies. Fortunately, I decided on a package from DC House. It included a 100Ah sealed LIFeP04 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, an 18A charger, a color Bluetooth connected monitoring display and a smart phone interface. The package cost was just under $1,000 on Amazon and included free shipping. While there are a couple of similar packages for less money, the majority mostly cost more and / or have one or more probable disadvantages, such as the location of the (+) and (-) terminals, their dimensions, lack of ability to directly get support, etc. Installation was a breeze. In fact, the hardest part was removing and disposing of the old batteries. They weighed about 90lbs. each including inter-connecting cables. Lifting them up 3’ to clear the cart body was definitely a 2-person job. Furthermore, as a DYI project, safety glasses rubber gloves and clothing that protect against battery acid. Also, prior to removing any connections, take photographs that clearly show their wire colors, placement, and anything else that might ensure their accurate return to service. Meanwhile, but for two shipping issues and moving the cart’s controller battery settings from AMG to Lithium, the DC House package was a drop-in with plenty of room to spare (see photo). Upon arrival, the battery’s packaging was damaged, and its display screen was crushed. So, I sent an e-mail with photo to DC House and a new display was immediately on its way with prepaid express shipping and they credited my Amazon payment method $50 for the inconvenience. Secondly, the package’s $160 charger was shipped separately at the same time as the battery. However, after several delayed arrival UPS message, I asked DC House to trace it. Within 2 hours, they had the answer and not only immediately shipped a replacement, but they also credited my Amazon payment method with another $100 for the inconvenience. In fact every communication with DC House has received a prompt and any necessary action and their product quality is superb. A few more things to know; this process can remove 280 pounds or more from the weight of your cart. As a result, this 100Ah replacement actually outperforms the original 150Ah package in terms of cart acceleration, smoothness of ride and time between charges and replenishing battery distilled water is a thing of the past. With regard to disposing of the old batteries, local ordinances may make it serious crime to do so anywhere but an official disposal center. Here in Florida, it’s a free service

Great upgrade for your cart!
Easy to install (aside from a little bit of metal cutting). Revitalized my golf cart with lots of range and higher top speed!

So far, so good.
Just installed this battery and after one test drive, it seems perfect. The battery came with 30% charge, and the installation was ALMOST seamless. The only issue I had was the lack of tie-down locations. I know the metal case batteries have a flange on the bottom to install screws to secure the battery to the cart, but this battery does not have anything of the sort. After some modifications, this battery fit well into my Club Car Precedent. I also purchased the plug extender to make charging a bit simpler. The weight of the battery is significantly less than the previous lead acid batteries. I was also able to connect to the bluetooth function very easily. Overall, I am happy with this battery to this point. Thank you DC House.

Lithium Golf Cart Battery
I installed this in a 2010 Club Car Carryall. 48 volt 8 6volt batteries. I have been replacing about 1 battery a year. The cart would go dead in 2 weeks. I replaced the battery with this it lasted 6 weeks before needing a charge. The cart ran better and had a lot more power. I highly recommend it. The install was painless. I replaced the 6 volt batteries approx. 480 lbs with an 82 lbs battery. After the battery went dead it took 4 hrs to charge it to 100%

Battery works great in 2021 club car tempo, much lighter easier to change purchase good range. We use it around the camp grounds fairly regularly charge lasts a couple days. Much lighter than those lead batteries and fit with very minor mods to the golf cart. Customer service is responsive within 24 hours - Brian is very helpful!
