Sturdy & good looking
The mailbox looks good and is sturdy. However, one of the reasons I was looking for a new mailbox was that I wanted tabs on each slot so I could easily change names. The tabs are so small and flimsy that it will take me more time to get the names in and out than it did to begin with.

Too many pieces!!!!!
Putting this together was a nightmare!!!almost 3hrs and still not together..Too many pieces!!!The screws (not ordinary screws) was driving me crazy and for some reasons the screws wasn’t tightening, and the furniture was just wiggling all over the place..Calling customer service add to my headache.I got so so SO FRUSTRATED that I threw theEntire mail center furniture in the garbage!I could not return it because the box was all torn up and I was already in a bad mode just putting this mess together... I just want it out of my house!!!
