Spotless coffee maker again
Amazing cleaning for coffee makers monthly running through the cycle of deep cleaning the device. Add a cap full to pot, run a cycle of heating the water with solution and then running a clean water though the coffee maker. It cleans all the calcium deposits on all products, including refrigerator. Much better than vinegar.

Clean your pot !
When it comes to your morning coffee … just don’t mess with it! I thought by using vinegar water solution was the true way to clean my moccamaster .. how wrong I was! My son brought me beans from a recent trip to Columbia. I just couldn’t make the concoction taste good. Finally after using the vinegar I went to web site thinking it was the pot. Well Not only wrong , I used Amazon locate the Urnex decal liquid cleaner. Very fast service ! Item worked like a charm and this coffee is simply unbelievable!

Works great as cleaner for coffee pod machine. Though unable to read the instructions but did find the illustration portion useful to figure out. Also impotent to rinse out with some smart water to cleanse it of any after taste.

YUK!!!!!! 🤮
It works. I used it 3 times, rinsing twice each cycle. Then ran 15 rinse cycles(yes, 15—-chunks wouldn’t stop) once done. It went from green chunks to clear…eventually. It works… even on a 20 year Bunn!

Decent Product
Seems to work but thought I'd get more scale out of my machine. Still think it is worth using on a regular basis.

Timely delivery and product does the job.
Used it to de-lime my Moccamaster coffee maker. Seems to have worked well and no smell or taste. It doesn’t remove stains from the carafe but it’s not advertised to do that.

Great Product!
We have a 10+ year old Techni Vorm coffee maker that had never been deep cleaned/descaled before. Dezcal made it look and perform like new! Great, easy to use product.

Saved my Nespresso machine when Nespresso descaler couldn’t
The descaling light came on my Nespresso machine recently. I ran the Nespresso brand descaler twice and the light would not shut off. I went down nespresso’s trouble-shooting rabbit hole of rebooting the machine for a “stuck” sensor. Nothing worked. My machine was brewing slower, the light came back on every time I brewed a cup. I bought this as a last ditch effort to save my machine. The instructions are a little vague saying to use a concentration of at least 10% dezcal. Given the issues I’ve had, I did about 30%. Despite having already run Nespresso brand descaler two times, I was shocked at the color of what came out of the machine after running the dezcal through it. It was opaque! So much scale! (See photo) Now the dezcal instructions seem to say to let it sit for no more than 30 minutes, but I just ran the auto descaling cycle without letting it sit, then ran a rinse cycle twice, since the instructions say to rinse twice. I do not notice any smell in the 2nd rinse water or after, so I would say it rinsed easily. This was a great purchase, and great value because you do not need to use very much. When I brewed a test cup after descaling with Dezcal, the warning light was finally gone! Yay!

Prodotto restituito perché nella descrizione non c'era scritto ma sulla confezione portava la scritta non adatto per acciaio , quindi inutilizzabile per la mia macchinetta del caffe

This was purchased specifically to descale a ProBoil 3-in-1 hot water tap water tank, which automatically shuts down when needing to be descaled. It’s out of warranty now ,and the manufacturers own descaler was out of stock for quite some time. To preserve the ProBoil warranty, they say to use their descaler, and one 200ml bottle of their premixed solution costs more than the cost of this concentrated Urnex Dezcal liquid. The manufacturers solution is made using the Urnex Dezcal liquid, so I was delighted to find the concentrate on Amazon. We have very hard water and have previously used 2 bottles of the manufacturers solution for one descale. The Dezcal needs to be diluted with water, one part Dezcal to 10 parts water, and you need to wear protective gloves and goggles whilst handling it, and to ventilate the room. The Urnex website provides all the details on how to use it and what it can be used on. I will certainly stick to using this for all my future descaling of my ProBoil 3, and kettle. I think it should also be ok to clean my coffee machine too, although Urnex do have a range of products to also clean coffee machines and milk frothers. Our ProBoil manual suggests the unit needs to be on and water temperature at 80 degrees when adding the descaler. Ours just switches off so the water in the boiler tank cools down, and it will not turn back on until descaled. The unit stopped working a couple of months ago so we reverted to using a kettle, which also showed signs of limescale build up. With the boiler switched off, I drained off some of the now cold water from the bottom tap using the drain hose, then re closed the tap. I made up a 400ml water/ 40ml Dezcal solution, disconnected the cooled vent hose and slowly poured most of the mixture into the boiler tank. The Dezcal solution must not be left in the unit or kettle for more than 30 minutes. I was concerned that the water in the tank was cold so maybe this would not work. Around 30 minutes reconnect the vent hose, then drain the unit into a bowl by opening the bottom tap connected to the drain hose. Reclose the bottom tap once unit is drained, switch boiler back on and allow to refill and reheat to 80 degrees. When switched back on, the boiler came back to life. At this point, drain the water from the tank using the hot key, so the water drains out via the kitchen tap. Switch the boiler back off, and again drain remaining water from the unit’s bottom tap through the drain hose into a bowl. Close the drain tap, and store the hose away. Switch boiler back on and allow it to refill and reheat, then drain the boiler again using the hot key so that the water flows out of the kitchen tap. It is suggested the unit is drained twice, but I did it 3 times. The boiler is now happily working again, and I have plenty of the Dezcal concentrate for future descaling. I used up the remaining made-up solution by pouring it into an empty kettle and leaving it for 30 minutes. They do say to ventilate the room when descaling, as some odour may be given off. You could see the limescale immediately lift of the base of the kettle and start to dissolve, and the kettle looked completely clean inside after the descale. Empty the kettle, then fill and boil the kettle a couple of times to rinse out the descaler solution before reuse. This stuff is fantastic!

Really powerful scale remover with saved for Boiling Water Tap boiler from limescale and subsequent E8 error. Poured in with a funnel mixed as per instruction with warm water and i could hear it fizzing away in the tank. I repeated 3 times emptying out about 1 kg of scale each time. Recommend this for boilers or other household items.
