Nice gin
Bought this for my daughter in law. She has tasted a lot over the years but this one is her absolute favourite so would buy again

Strange happenings.
Spent some time with my brother who introduced me to the original, Da Mhile Seaweed Gin - it was truely amazing! Beautiful flavour, magical. On the weight of that, sourced my own bottle. Oh dear, nothing like the delightful spirit I tasted with my brother. :( I wrote to Da Mhile asking what was going on and after a short delay, they collected my original purchase and replaced the bottle anew. No explanation. Is there a production / scaling issue? The replacement bottle was just the same - soulless. Sadly, having told many friends how great this product was, I wouldn't now recommend it. Sorry Da Mhile. I do hope that they are able to resolve this as the original recipe was superb.

Different and nice
Tried this in a gin bar and was pleased to find it online. It is refreshing and nice with a sprig of samphire and Mediterranean tonic. I also like it on the rocks. Slightly pricey but worth it for something a bit different to all the fruit flavours that are around at the moment.

Unusual
Having just clobbered Tanqueray Rangpur with 1 Star, now this. I really expected better with the seaweed. It is definitely not nice. It has a strong clinical flavour that is more like a mouthwash than a gin. It wasn't cheap so I've persevered by drenching it with elderflower tonic just to get it down but it has me beaten. The bottle is over half full and is waiting at the back of the drinks cabinet until I get the chance to give it away to deserving souls like loss adjusters, the tax man or my mother-in-law, if she springs back to life.
