How do I know what size to get?

Start by referencing the size chart. The harness should sit comfortably on your waist, above your hip bone. If between sizes, it’s recommended to size up. The adjustable waist buckle and trakFIT leg loops allow you to tighten the fit as needed.

Can I use this harness for both gym and outdoor climbing?

Yes, it’s designed as an all-around harness suitable for gym sessions, sport climbing, and trad climbing. Its comfortable padded waist and leg loops with four gear loops provide versatility for most climbing environments.

How easy is it to adjust the leg loops?

The trakFIT adjustment system lets you quickly tighten or loosen the leg loops on the fly without needing bulky buckles. Speedily get harness on/off and adjusted to your prefrence.

Are the gear loops sturdy enough for a full rack and/or quickdaws?

Yes, the harness includes four pressure-molded gear loops that keep quickdraws and protection accessible and organized. They’re well-positioned for sport and trad rack setups.

Is the belay loop strong and safe to use for belaying and rappelling?

Yes. The Momentum Harness features a durable, high-strength belay loop that’s designed for everyday belaying and rappelling. It’s built to meet climbing safety standards and is appropriate for gym + outdoor climbing when used as intended.
