Great little book for a little boy who loves trains.

Sweet simple story
A nice little bedtime book if your child’s a Thomas fan – gentle story and sturdy pages, perfect for little hands. It fits in well with a calming bedtime routine. That said, it’s quite a simple read and over in a flash. Feels a touch overpriced for what you get – there are more engaging bedtime books out there for the same money. Lovely branding, but more for collectors than storytime substance.

Fun interactive book
I got this for my 17 month old daughter. She doesn’t engage much with the book, which is expected. But she does associate things to the pictures. Such as the page about taking a bath, she say water. She likes to look at the kids on each page. The book is great because it intends to teach and encourage kids to do certain things before bed. Such as tidy their toys before bed, wash and brush their teeth. It will ask if they did it or not. There’s other questions about what they prefer. So the kids essentially read the book, they are asked to do a task and are asked a question. This will get them thinking and doing things.
