A good buy in my opinion.
A very full-featured bathroom unit. Big bang for the buck. Free shipping !A bit short on (useable) documentation. A better English translation would help. The (California) vendor, though, was very helpful via telephone. Most folks will need a plumber and an electrician. With the water heater and steamer options, two 30 Amp / 120 Volt circuits are needed - GCFI of course. Takes about a day to install - beginning with the pallet it arrives on.Steamer: Very effective - takes about one minute to work full-bore. Cabin temperature can be set.Jets: Quite powerful - only the side ones are adjustable.Showers: The overhead "rain head" drops a lot of water over a large area. Very pleasant. Hand-held is convenient. Side sprayers are OK if you like that sort of thing.Controls: Very straightforward, intuitive, comprehensive. This unit is free-standing (on feet, like your dishwasher), so take the floor tile all the way to the wall. Servicing anything on the controls column requires moving the entire assembly away from the wall. Not too difficult. So far, I really like this thing.

Cheap, dangerous and falls apart after 1/2 year of use.
I never ever write reviews but this one deserves one. We bought the, 55" Eagle Bath WS-803L Steam Shower Enclosure Unit. I know it is not this unit but it is made by this manufacturer. We purchased it July 2014 and installed about month after. It was installed after hours and hours of labor as the pieces did not line up properly. Finally after instillation the unit would leak into our basement so caulk was used around and through the unit as this was not even part of the instruction process. We still to this day will have leaking into our basement when the handheld unit is used, but it is fine with the waterfall feature. WE absolutely love the design of the unit it but it is very cheaply made. The right hand held sprayer broke off after a few months use....it is made of cheap plastic. The steam shower part is wonderful and works great but after only using it a handful of times the paint that is around the seat bubbled up and is peeling.Tonight as we were enjoying a family movie we heard a large crash and glass shatter. We found the bathroom covered in glass as the shower door had been left open to dry and the shelf completely shattered and fell off. The only thing that was placed on the shelf was a little squeegee.Yes, there are features we love, the lights, the steam and if everything else would work and not break we would be very happy. We are now in fear of our brand new house growing black mold and possibly our bathroom floor rotting since the shower has leaked on many occasions. If you are thinking about buying this unit I would highly discourage it as we have not even used it for 6-7 months and it is literally falling apart. I would recommend spending extra money and buying a quality product or tiling in a shower and installing a wall unit.Oh, and to add.....There was 2 seats in the shower that are not very sturdy and I am afraid to even sit on them and I only way around 125#.I can post pictures if anyone is interested in seeing what is happening to our shower. We spent around.....$2300 on this unit. Way over priced for only 6 months of use and damage to our home.

Well good luck installing it!!!!!
First who ever translated the directions into english needs help!Second good luck getting someone to answer the phone or return a call.Third they say it must be installed by a professional but no recommendations for an installer!!!!I just wish I had looked into this deeper before I wasted the money!!!!I give this no stars but that was not an option!!!!
