Can it work on the left hand?

Yes, you just have to remove the metal splint through the slit at the top and slide it into the other slit. That is why it is reversible... It really works. My son and I both opted for this. Amazon has it on sale currently. I have ordered another one to have on hand in the future while it is on sale.

It stretches for wrist from 5.5 to 8.5"No specific sizeVery convenient because I can wear it on either hand. The best I could find for driving and gardening

has anyone washed it, if so, how and did it come apart?

I had it on 30 minutes out of the package and it unraveled. Didn't wash it yet. I had to sew them back on.

Can you play golf while wearing?
