Q: How long does the soup take to make

25 Minutes to blend it to your preferred consistency (chunky or smooth) and cook it. This is after you have put all the ingredients in the soup maker of course.

Q: Can you use pulses and dried beans etc... ie lentils barley chickpeas ?

Im afraid I wouldn't recommend this product . I used it only 3 times before returning it as it burnt each batch I tried to cook . Im still awaiting a refund and it's been 6 months so please don't ask me to endorse this product again

Q: Why this glace soup cooker is better than metal one?

You can see what is going on, but otherwise it is the same.

Q: From picture I can see a probe to switch off to prevent over boil? Can u confirm it has one? If making soya milk it needs probe becos soya will foam

Yes, it won't work if the liquid touches that probe.
