Good product, works well

I recently suffered a bout of ulcerative necrotizing periodontitis. It left an open tender wound in my left upper gum area. I bought this mouth rinse to help heal the wound, now that the infection was killed off. It has shown major improvement in appearance, and reduction of discomfort after only three days. Be aware, it is nasty tasting. It also has a drying sensation while in my mouth. But the fact it does what it claims to do, heal the wound. Dealing with the taste is a minor issue. It says it can be used to help heal after teeth extractions also. Zinc is well documented for its antibacterial and healing properties. I highly recommend this product if you have any oral wounds that need healing support, or about to undergo any kind of oral surgery or procedures.

I’m supposed to wear dentures but they don’t fit so I’m toothless. Sometimes I’ll eat something a bit too hard or sharp and end up with sore gums with a sore sometimes. I ate Fun-Yuns. I ended up with a hole in my top gum. I didn’t want to feel the burn of mouthwash so I kept putting off using this stuff. Finally after a week or more of my mouth not healing I decided to finally rinse my mouth with this. Boy did it sting and made my eyes water. But the next morning the hole in my gums felt noticeably smaller. I figured it was healing finally so I didn’t use this mouthwash for a few days. The sore didn’t change size. Decided to use the mouthwash again…the next day the hole in my gum was almost gone. One more use and I could feel the hole was closed. Mind boggling.
