will these cause blisters if worn without socks? I'm looking for summer gardening shoes that will not slip in gras and mud

Hi! You can wear with or without socks and they have special shoes for garden too: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/5C8AEDE9-0511-4C37-B5F8-5B6CD3D52DBB?ingress=2&visitId=800fe937-ecf5-4027-9f81-7660b2ad07b8&ref_=ast_bln

Do these shoes make you taller? Do they have heel?

Hi Kyla! The platform measures approximately 1.00". Thank you for your question!

Do these have a high arch and if I’m a 7.5 in women’s what size do you recommend?

I don't feel like they have a high arch. They fit my feet comfortably. I usually wear an 8 and I bought an 8.
