I have a cheap Haier air conditioner i bought 15 years ago. It had a remote that started acting up this year. And you need a remote to operate it. Bought this and it worked perfect right out of the box. Haier is a good quality Chinese brand. I plan on getting another 5 years use out of this air conditioner now.

I got this to replace a lost remote for an older Haier 16HJ room air conditioner, Model # HWR10XC6 (10,000btu) It works perfectly! It's better than the original if you ask me, it's a little bigger & thicker, so harder to lose and the buttons are much easier to press! Oh, and they work as they should! simple design, power, mode, fan speed, ect... My elderly parents are very happy with this user friendly remote, therefore, I am very happy with this remote :)

Finally solved All my problems of having to get up over and over to turn my air conditioner on and off. Amazing little remote but easy to lose so make sure it’s alwyss in your bed or something

This replacement remote is so much better than the original. My original remote was very flat and small and easy to lose. Its buttons also we're not very responsive, especially the timer button. I was constantly having to Turn the AC off and on to set the timer button because it would double click. I have previously bought several replacement remotes that didn't work well. This one is the best. It is super easy to use plus it has easily replaceable batteries which is a big selling point. And it's small but not so small that you lose it.I purchased this to replace the remote I was missing. I am buying a 2nd one to replace my other AC's original remote.

Great product all around did what was described

I have a haier window a/c that sat unused for some time, when I hooked it up the remote didn't work and i was unable to change any settings on the ac, all i could do was power it on. I got this replacement remote, in the description it says it will work with the model I have. It arrived quickly and a new remote as pictured was in the package. After putting in 2 aaa batteries I was able to use the remote right out of the package to control the a/c. I am beyond satisfied with this purchase!

Can't really say if it's the product or air conditioner. Remote does not work with air conditioner and air conditioner does not work manually but never did before but always worked with original remote. So I really don't know if new remote doesn't work or if AC is broke. Original remote is broken though
