My favorite, has been used it for over the years now. It do really helpful with dryness and eatchy scalp, remove dandruff. As well help my hear to be more manageable and look silky with less effort. I really like the sent. My favorite hair product, then it was not available my hair didn't like that. I have long blond hair, have tendency to irritation because of medical problems and medications I take, this shampoo and conditioner is better for me then any medicated prescription and it's more natural and soft. Last me about a 4 weeks , I washing hair 2 times a week. Definitely help me keep my hair much healthier. Price unfortunately got up over time, so always looking for better price range

I started using charcoal shampoos about a year ago, because my hair was falling out, and I read that if your roots aren't really clean from using the wrong products, they can get clogged up, which can cause more than a normal amount of hair loss. My hair is pretty long...like down to the middle of my back. I grew my natural hair out a few years ago, so it's back to it's fine and oily mess. So now I only use this shampoo & conditioner. Also, I skip the roots with the conditioner. I highly recommend these products for people with natural oily hair.

My hair is very finicky so I really don't think it worked for mine but it does smell good but it is quite strong. A friend of mine uses it and he really likes it and says it works so I guess it just depends on your hair.

I am a dark brunette and many shampoos leave a film in my dark hair and a dandruff like coating. I used this and there is no residue. Leaves your hair clean and residue free.

Been using herbal essence brand for the past 3 years and have always been happy with results and trying new kinds. I was excited to try this and I wasn’t disappointed in the results. My hairs feels great and looks beautiful. The only problem is the scent. It smells like men’s cologne and now thats what my hair smells like. I don’t mind the smell when its on a guy but i don’t want to smell like it everyday. My family doesn't like it either so i am trying to use it up as fast as possible. I wont be buying this again.
