Oneida Marquette Fine Flatware Dinner Forks, Set of 4

I LOVE this silverware. We had some for a wedding present or something and it slowly dwindled away over the years. (My adult children later confessed to taking some when they moved) it was replaced by random crap that we stole from restaurants or neighbors. I like the slim, lightweight but study forks and the scooping ability of the cereal .. I mean soup... spoon. I don't really care about the other pieces other than they match and we can get rid of the awful random junk and not be embarrassed when neighbors come over.

I had bought Oneida Dover silverware 40 years ago. After numerous moves many pieces were missing and I wanted a new pattern but I liked the sizing of Dover. So I ordered Marquette. I love it. It's a beautiful pattern, not oversized like some are, and just as sturdy as Dover was.

I've been buying these for years. Still building up my collection. They look and wear fabulously. A little expensive but well worth the money. They look the same as when I purchased them over 10 years ago.

These are exactly what they are supposed to be. I have had Oneida flatware since 1992. A couple of forks went astray. So I decided to buy some more to complete my set. It is awkward having 10 forks for a 12 person dinner. Marquette is very close to my Clarette and is 2/3 cheaper, since it is still in production. The weight, feel etc. is exactly the same as my 1992 flatware. I can not be happier with the quality and the price. If I need to, I will buy more from this seller.

I don't know where my forks ruin off to! I would blame my kids but they are grown and out of the house, it's just me and the dog and the dog and he doesn't need a fork.Anyways, they are an exact match to my existing set. I hope I can keep them. :)

Found that I needed a few more folks to go with the set I have had for years. They were a perfect match. Nice to see a company that doesn't skimp on quality. Same great product as it was 30yrs ago.

I had lost some forks from my flatware service for 12. I’m grateful I could buy them in fours. Would love to get more salad forks too but they aren’t offered in small numbers.

I was promised by the Canadian President of Oneida when I bought Marquette (prior to 1995) that I would be able to replace items when necessary
