Love these drinks. A great and low calorie way to increase fluid intake while adding some extra protein to your diet. I've tried multiple flavors and though they can be a little tart. They're still a great option for those looking to boost protein intake while watching calories.

Yo, I gotta tell ya about this Protein2o Hydration Drink thing I tried, it’s like, totally awesome! I’m just a regular dude who hits the gym sometimes and I’m always super thirsty after, ya know? So I grabbed this 2-in-1 Liquid Clear Whey Protein Isolate and Electrolyte Drink, the strawberry watermelon one, and man, it’s like drinking a fruit punch that’s good for you! It’s got 20g of protein, which is like, a ton, right? Helps my muscles feel less like they got hit by a truck after lifting. Plus, it’s got these electrolyte things that keep me from feeling all wobbly and tired. Tastes so good, not like those gross chalky shakes I’ve tried before. It’s like, clear and refreshing, and I can just chug it down while I’m sweating my butt off. No sugar or weird stuff either, which is cool ‘cause I’m trying to not eat junk. Anyway, I’m totally hooked and keep a pack in my fridge now. Big fan, 10/10, you gotta try it!

Specific to this product (grape flavor): I'm a fan of protein20 and this flavor is surprisingly good. Not my favorite, but it's usually less expensive than the others, so it balances out. Specific to protein20 (all flavors): It's a nice way to hydrate and get some protein. My doctor recommended it to me when discussing how hard it can be to get daily protein. I usually have one first thing in the morning, when I'm not really that hungry but know that I need something on my stomach. I'll have another one in the same day if I do a particularly challenging workout. They're a lot better chilled but room temp works too. I'm no fan of Stevia (don't like the taste) but it's tolerable considering how easy it is to chug one of these and the trade-off for protein. These go down smoothly, there's no residue or chalky taste, and the don't leave a bad taste or feel in my mouth afterward. All-in-all, a product I definitely plan to keep on hand.

I've bought Protein2O for several years. Used to buy fruit punch, coconut, and grape. Coconut and grape were my favorites across the board with great, favorable taste and no after taste. The company changes the formula for the fruit punch; became nasty, stopped buying it. Later, they 'updated' coconut to the 'new, improved' formula; couldn't drink it anymore because the taste changed significantly and the after taste was terrible. Now, the grape has changed and is absolutely terrible! Tastes nothing like what I've bought for years and the after taste is just the worst. I have searched and read reviews for suggestions on how to make it drinkable but have found nothing that works. I have six left from my last order and simply cannot bring myself to drink them. Just a terrible decision by the company. It reminds me of a bad tasting medicine you just have to make yourself take and then choke it down.

These are acceptable, especially if you are on specific post-surgery diets. However, the whey protein flavor is quite pronounced, which can make them less appealing and give an uneasy texture. The calorie count is just as you would expect.

I like these protein waters a lot, I’ve tried I think all of the non-caffeinated flavors and liked them all, my favorites probably being peach mango, dragonfruit blackberry, and grape. The grape tastes great without tasting like medicine, you know how some grape flavors taste medicinal? Anyway, grape flavor is pretty much the perfect grape flavor you could ask for for water. These waters have electrolytes and are great as not just low calorie options for protein supplement, but also as hydration, and even make a good post workout drink. It’s basically a good replacement for gatorade, liquid iv, etc. if the desire takes you. Only downfall is they are a bit pricey especially when you buy them like every week like me lol but it’s kind of a specialty item in a way.
