It works. This photo is Day 3 after one treatment on Day 1. So you can see the redness and peeling near my nose corners. I sandwiched the medication between two layers of moisturizer, but the redness and irritation definitely kicked in on Day 3. I applied Saturday night, and this is Tuesday. I’ve only used it once on Sat night. Going to wait until the redness and irritation go away before my next application. I expect every four days at first. Peeling is ok, not bad at all probably because of the heavy moisturizing after. The itching is worse for me than the peeling. I bought some cooling sheet masks and have those on hand to use for itching. Soothing for sure. Please don’t go outside when your new skin is exposed, but if you do just wear SPF and a hat. The new skin underneath the peeling is shiny and brand new. Skin barrier just needs to heal. Feels a lot like a chemical peel.

I have used this exact gel for over 10 years. I used to have to purchase it outside of the USA. But things changed with purchasing outside the USA several years ago and it was so difficult to get my card to work because of all the verification steps. A big pain in the butt and I still wasn't able to purchase it because it just wouldn't work. So I had to quit buying it. I was forced to use another product that I could get in the USA with a prescription, and that product isn't near as good. And let me tell you, I used to pay A LOT of money when I could buy this exact product back when I could get it. No kidding, $120.00-160.00 per tube - EXACT SAME PRODUCT, SAME STRENGTH. So when I saw this on Amazon back in November '24, I about flipped out I was so excited. I immediately ordered 4 tubes. My first order never arrived, I wasn't charged so I cancelled the order after quite some time. It happens. So in March 2025, I tried again. This time, it got the product. Why you WANT THIS PRODUCT. There is nothing like it OTC that I've tried in my last 20 years of fighting wrinkles. My deep wrinkles have faded a great deal fairly well and quickly, in a matter of weeks. Fine lines fade quickly too but the deep wrinkles at the corners and under my lower lip were pretty deep. I still have them but not at all to the degree I did before using this. I only use a tiny bit every few days, like 1/4th a pea size for my whole area I was treating. Never more than a pea size for my whole face, which is rare because I spot treated for the most part. If you use this too often, you will have constantly peeling and red skin. Use on clean, dry skin and apply early before going to bed so it has time to soak in and not wipe off on your pillow. KEEP AWAY from eyes, eyelids and lips. Use a light moisturizer on top of this product. I don't wash my face the next day. I just wipe with a warm rag around my eyes and then apply a good moisturizer or face cream. I don't wear makeup on my skin either so I don't know how it works under makeup. KEEP OUT OF THE SUN. I'm not even talking about a good sunscreen here. Just completely stay out of the sun and yes, still use your sunscreen products. Your skin is very sensitive with this product, and you don't want to do more damage. This product has a long shelf life and a little goes a long way.

Years ago I used prescription retinol and was started on 0.25 then went up to 0.50 as per my doctor. I wasn't sure if this 0.1 would be strong but it is and you need to follow the directions I have wrinkles under my lips and on my forehead I only used a small amount for two days and I have tolerant skin and I am peeling this is very potent so I will not use again for several days please don't use this close to the eyes and I even recommend using a washcloth to remove before washing the face. I have since ordered the 0.50 and will order the 0.25 to start slow and I highly recommend this if you have never used this product before. It is a good product just build up tolerance.

I’ve used retinol products for years. This is extremely harsh. Be careful using it.

Have used this product as a part of my routine. Works great. I add to any age spots and they fade away. When i apply full face, i exfoliate 1st, apply and gental clense next AM. Followed by moisturizer. It will peel some skin away, be sure to gently exfoliate daily till skin is done flaking. I do full face 1 time a week.

Love this product, but you do have to start out using it slowly like one day a week for several weeks then go to two days a week for several weeks and keep working until you get up to seven days. It’s pretty strong and it does what it’s supposed to.
