I am a Martial Artist and I spar regularly. I used this Groin Guard and felt very protected whilst being able to move comfortably. Absolutely love this guard. Had mine for a bit over a year now and took a few low blows and been ok. It's not too big as to feel imposition and doesn't restrict movement. Definitely big enough to deflect blows took by mistake to the nuts but small enough that it doesn't ruin the look of your shorts when in the ring. I'm a pugilist (boxer) but I used to do other martial arts and feel that kicking in this is also very comfortable. Great price. Great buy

Achetée pour anglaise et thai, krav, silat. Je ne regrette pas cet achat. Bon maintien. La protection est plus large que celle que j avais avant mais cela ne me gêne pas. Par contre trop encombrante pour le bjj et le grappling.

Faltaria poder ajustarlo mejor a la cintura. Da poco margen con el sistema de velcro que lleva detrás. Si dudas con la talla, mejor elegir otro protector.
