Bee Propolis Extract 4800mg - 90 Capsules (V) - High Strength 108mg Flavonoids Propolis Supplement - 45 Day Supply - By Alpha01

Living here in St Helens, with the unpredictable weather and occasional sniffles going around, I'm always interested in natural ways to support my immune system. I came across these Bee Propolis Extract capsules by Alpha01, boasting a high strength of 4800mg and 108mg of flavonoids, and decided to give them a try. The first thing that appealed to me was the high potency. Knowing I'm getting a significant dose of propolis extract in each capsule gives me confidence that it's likely to be effective. The 108mg of flavonoids is also a good indicator of the active compounds present in the propolis. The fact that these capsules are vegan-friendly is a big plus for me, as I try to choose plant-based options whenever possible. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and don't have any strong or unpleasant taste, which is always a concern with some supplements. The packaging is also worth a mention. The resealable pouch is practical for keeping the capsules fresh, and the fact that it's recyclable aligns with my efforts to be more environmentally conscious. It's these little details that often make a difference. I've been taking these propolis capsules daily for a few weeks now, and while it's difficult to make definitive claims about immune support, I have felt generally well. I've managed to avoid the little bugs that seem to be going around, and I've felt like I've had a bit more energy overall. Of course, this could be down to other lifestyle factors as well, but I do feel like these supplements have played a part. Bee propolis has a long history of traditional use for its potential health benefits, and it's interesting to see it available in such a concentrated form. I appreciate that this supplement provides a convenient way to incorporate it into my daily routine without the stickiness or potential mess of raw propolis. The recommended dosage is clear on the packaging, and the 90 capsules per pouch offer a good three-month supply, making it a cost-effective option in the long run. Overall, I'm quite impressed with these Bee Propolis Extract capsules. The high strength, vegan formulation, and thoughtful packaging make them a compelling choice for anyone looking for natural immune support. While individual results may vary, my personal experience so far has been positive, and I plan to continue taking them, especially as we head into the colder months here in St Helens.

No idea what or how but it works no colds x 2 winters

I think it is effective. Thanks!

Not sure but fine

As advertised, arrived on time and well packaged.

Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own. I chose these as I had heard that bee propolis was particularly good for oral health, as well as being beneficial for immune support in general. These come in capsule format in a resealable plastic bag containing 180 capsules. The packet recommends you take 2 capsules daily with water, therefore there is a 90 day supply. Packet details ingredients as bee propolis extract 4:1 along with the capsule shell and organic hemp flour. Although the capsule shell (hypromellose) sounds highly artificial, it is good to note that organic hemp flour has been incorporated rather than an artificial filler. No details provided regarding %NRV, but each serving has 4800mg of bee propolis which provides 108mg flavonoids. The capsules are easy to swallow, but I don't like the strong overpowering smell, which is very noticeable each time I open the packet. Currently priced at £11.69 for a pack of 180 capsules, which equates to about 13p per serving which seems okay. Also available in a pack of 90. Expiry date May 2028. I haven't noticed any difference yet since starting to take these, but I subsequently realised that capsule format probably isn't much use for oral health as it won't provide any localised effect in the mouth, but I will still continue to take them for general immune support.
