the recipes are easy to make!
This book is filled with easy to make recipes. My favorite was the rosemary and garlic chicken with the cauliflower mash...yummy! I was kind of disappointed that there wasn't any calorie or macros information (fats, proteins and carbs) on the recipes. Other then that the recipes I have tried are very tasty. Looking forward to trying all the recipes in this book! N

I like this book a lot and have made a few of the recipes from it already, especially egg n bacon cups and the morning rise smoothie. YUM!! The only thing that I would have liked to have added to it would have been how many calories and macros per serving, but other than that it is an excellent book

One of my top-3 cookbooks
I use at least 5 recipes from this book each week. It's one of my top-3 cookbooks.Pros:* The recipes are not hard to make* They are ideal for my diet and goals to lose weight while building muscle (hard to do, I know)* Most recipes are 1 serving sizeCons:* They are tasty but not "super delicious" (to me at least)* Nutritional values are not listed, and since I count calories and serving sizes that would helpNote: Some food names are the British equivalent (escarole = endive, courgette = zucchini).

Easy recipes
I have read the entire book the recipes seems easy enough for me to handle, now only time will tell if its effective. I gave it four stars because some of the ingredients I am not familiar with but I can always work around it. I will make recommendations after I have seen results.

No nutritional information on any of the recipes. The recipes look good, easy to make but I wont make any of them without the nutrition facts. I suppose I could calculate them myself but why would I? You wrote a fitness book. Fitness people count calories, fat, carbs, and protein. How can you market to them without this information?? Author should revise.

Seriously Lacking.....
This book has ok information in the front, however, in the world of calorie counting and meal prepping, which is the key to that 6 pack that is shown on the cover, it lacks key information regarding the calories and micronutrients of each recipe. That information is sort of the point of buying a fitness cookbook. It I have to do the work to calculate the calories and micronutrients of each ingredients, I might as well do it with recipes that I find online. There are also no pictures included which is also disappointing.

Great recipes
The book starts off with some great info on fat loss and how to get shredded and then provides an ample amount of delicious recipes. One reviewer criticized the lack of page numbers in his copy, but that seems to be fixed as my copy came with page numbers. Get yourself the kindle copy to save a few dollars if possible, although the paperback version is a convenient size for the kitchen.

Must have for those wanting to cut fat
This book is filled with facts and tips for getting the most out of your workouts. I found the 9 rules for getting shredded really informative and have changed my morning routine as a result. Also, the recipes are really good - even for a carb lover like me. Especially loved the protein pancakes and egg and bacon cups. Thanks!

simple and no fluff
I really liked this book. There's some great recipes in here. What was really helpful was the 9 rules to help get shredded. I'm a TRX Trainer, so I help people to get fitter and healthier and I endorse many of the rules in here like the need fuel your muscles, doing weights, doing Hiit exercises, eating protien etc. Worth a read

Lacks Detail, some recipes are not clear/in edible
Some of the recipes are in complete or rubbish e.g. the garlic rosemary chicken recipe, just tells you to put a chicken in the oven. Some of the recipes are really blandThe links don't work
