Second product failed in less than one year....
I found the quality and durability of these units to be very poor. I have owned two. The first failed in just over two years (and the warranty at the time was two years, naturally). The second one failed in under a year. The repair service from the manufacturer was poor and the unit failed immediately upon return to me. I have been without my unit now for two months of the pool season, and the manuf has not provided me any update on return, extension of warranty, or providing me a replacement unit. I will not buy another of these products again.

They open like this like a clam shell
These are the two top access filters on the DRAGON.THIS TOOK TWO HOURS. Then the pool was squeaky clean. One or two very minor spots had a trace of debris.I hosed off one side of the filters. Then the other side. Took Maybe 10mins. To clean.They open like this like a clam shell.I am cleaning a 2nd time today. Just to see what happens. Then we will see tomorrow what if any dirt collected in a day or overnight.I am convinced that there is much pollution debris in the atmosphere. Especially if there is heavy rain or any nearby construction. Remember yesterday my car computer warned of a SMOG ALLERT.
