Was super excited to try my new nano facial steamer, and to my disappointment, it did not turn on! I bought distilled water, put my new headband on, and did not get to experience the facial spa treatment I wanted to! 😞 I keep pushing the button hoping the light will turn on!

Original Review: Generates a good bit of steam and worked as described. As I've used it it, it seemingly doesn't matter how the machine is positioned it dispells more water from the bottom than steam from the top. Have a towel handy for the leaking.Updated Review: upon posting of the original review, the company immediately reached out to me and asked if they could send a replacement as they felt the issue described was a fluke. They've sent me a brand new replacement. I'll update again once I've had an opportunity to use the new steamer. Great customer service.

I haven’t even used the machine once and it’s already broken! All the water just falls out of the machine. I guess it came like that. Was really looking forward to trying it

I LOVE THIS! I use it daily and it’s helping with my acne and it just make me feel better especially if I’m stuffed up or having problems with my sinuses. It’s never sprayed me with burning hot water like I’ve heard some facial steamers do. It’s just the right pressure and temperature. The extra tools were a bonus too, very helpful getting blackheads or stubborn acne. This has become apart of my daily routine and even my husband has noticed my face being a lot clearer. Oh and it doesn’t smell bad either... when I was trying to decide on the best steamer to get I researched so many and heard some let off a bad smell when steaming but this one hasnt. I’m very pleased with it. Reasonably priced, works GREAT, and looks pretty too.

Holds true to what it says - about 10 min of steam. It produces a lot of steam, the funnel of steam coming out is a tad narrow, but you can move around, make it work. IDK if steaming my face is really benefiting me, but it feels like a mini spa. So far nothing has broken, like what some reviews say happens. I've used it about a dozen times. I feel like if I apply my serum and then a moisturizing face mask immediately afterwards it gives me the best results. I'm still trying to look for ways to improve my complexion.

This I would compare to the Dennis Gross one but a lot cheaper. I love steaming my face to get all that gunk out. Feels incredible on your self care days. Steam is not to hot or to aggressive. Love this and recommend this. It's very easy to use and clean.

This thing worked well and ran for over 10 minutes. Easy to operate and clean. recommend distilled or purified water. Wouldn't recommend more than 1X/week if sensitive. If have Rosacea be cautious. When I did it, my facial blood vessels were more noticeable for a few days, however it could have also been the clay mask I used afterwards.

I have a strict skincare routine in the morning and evening. At night, I have started implementing using the facial steamer after I cleanse my face and before I begin a gently, botanical exfoliant. This is a great solution instead of having to pay extra to go to the salon to get a facial, when I usually use a mist steamer to open up my pores, so as long as this product lasts as long as I hope it should I am sure it will pay for itself time and time again.
