I recently moved to a bungalow that has a threshold to get into the front door. I was told by the OT that assessed the property that the threshold was 4" so I ordered the 4" ramp. Turns out her measurements were off so the ramp is about half an inch higher than the threshold. As I do not have carpets down yet in the new property there is a rather large drop on the other side but because the entrance is so small there isn't room to have another on the other side of the door. The ramp takes the weight of myself and my powerchair well. The only downside so far is that when the weather is wet my powerchair cannot get up the ramp as the wheels just spin on the bottom of the ramp. This means that if it rains I need someone with me to give the chair a push to get grip on the ramp. I'm hoping that this is only a temporary measure until a more permanent solution is sorted.

I use this as a ramp to get my wheelie bins onto my garden path as there is a concrete lip to bump the bins up onto. Works great and is sturdy, should last well.

The incline is too steep, difficult to push wheelchair on the ramp with patient sitting on it, stopped using it

My wife recently had an op. Needed to push her in a wheel chair. This made going in and out soo much easier. The height was exactly the thickness of the ramp. So no bumps. Thank you.
