Tarte Color Splash Lipstick Surfs Up Mini 0.035 oz

This is one of the best lipsticks I have found! It makes your lips soft and the color stays on for a long time. I don’t have to refresh my lipstick as often as with other lipsticks. And this color “Surfs Up” goes with just about anything. I have found my new go-to lipstick!!!!

Saw this product on YouTube. Very nice neutral color. Came with matching lipgloss. Both were smaller sizes than usual.
