Looks amazing worth every penny

Great ambiance and puts out a lot of heat
I love this, easy to use and looks great. It had to be mounted on the wall instead of being recessed which was a bummer but there was plumbing in the wall that could not be moved. At first I thought that was going to be ugly but it tuned out great. This thing really puts out a lot of heat and we love the ambiance it provides without the mess of a traditional fireplace.

Sleek Design and Cozy Atmosphere
I'm really impressedwith this fireplace. It has good value vs other competitors with similar sizes. The bezel give it a modern, sleek look that fits the style of my living room. The flames are surprising realistic, and the fact that you can customize the colors and brightness makes it like a LED stripe vibe. Installation was straightforward, our handyman has no problem installing it. The size is accurate and looks almost built in.

Good low profile bezel design but lacking on realistic colors
I have installed many electric fireplaces before at all different price points. This is a good looking unit specifically due to the minimal black bezel around it. This is very hard to find in this price point! Unfortunately I would give it 2.5 to 3 stars for the colors that are displayed… there are no options that even look somewhat realistic. It does put out heat, but not nearly enough to be an actual heat source !

Love my fireplace!
The remote does not come with batteries so AAA’s are needed! It looks great in my living room. Reasonably priced and replaced one that no longer worked.
