Works Great! Also, save your original espresso filters!
I bought this and am super happy with it, but please save your OG filters! The filters that came with my ECP3420 stopped working and would no longer push the espresso through and after buying this and being very pleased I thought to myself, hmm what if I boiled the old non-functional filters with super hot water... It worked! Boiling the filters (the one piece purely stainless steel original ones) unclogged the old coffee that I couldn't get out otherwise. I just finished successfully using an old filter that hadn't been working for months! I still am glad I purchased this filter as it pulls espresso smoothly and is easy to clean.

HOW TO REMOVE INNER BASKET.
This works very well and takes the same amount of grams coffee as the original factory sealed basket. CLEANING.......Run an empty shot of how water through the basket...or...run it under hot water from the sink. This softens the rubber seal so it's not cold and stiff to remove and possibly tearing the seal. I use a tweezer and pull the tab gently and it comes right out neatly, without any struggle or problems. (I see alot of reviews negative about removing the inner basket and it's simple WHEN DONE RIGHT!!!)This is a great item....just buy it.

It is very easy to clean, but for sure a non-pressurized filter basket would be much better

Delonghi 2 Cup Filter
This filter works great in our delonghi coffee maker. Make sure you check the model before ordering. Although this filter was not for our model, just a little smaller than original, it works great. Coffee strength is fine and it uses less coffee.
