⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Should Have Bought This Eufy Robot Cleaner YEARS Ago! GAME CHANGER
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Should Have Bought This Eufy Robot Cleaner YEARS Ago! GAME CHANGER! I am honestly so annoyed with myself for waiting this long to buy this robot cleaner. I thought it would just save me a bit of time — I had no idea it would clean THIS well. It’s like having a mini housekeeper who never complains, never gets tired, and does a perfect job every single day. The vacuuming is incredible. It picks up hair, dust, crumbs — everything. But the mopping is what shocked me the most. I used to mop the floors manually and still see streaks or patches. This Eufy mops better than I do! The floors look shiny, clean, and fresh without me lifting a finger. It glides around gently and leaves the whole house smelling amazing. It’s quiet, smart, easy to empty, easy to set up, and honestly just makes life easier. I run it once a day and my house has never looked this clean with so little effort I never thought under my beds and under my sofas was that dirty it shocked my when I see the water that dirty and black 😳 If you’re thinking about buying one, don’t wait like I did. Just get it. This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made — worth every single penny.

An outstanding piece of kit. Wouldn't be without it.
This is a wonderful piece of kit. - It vacuums and mops as well as you do (except in corners). - Its mapping is very sophisticated (albeit with a few quirks, see below). - You can tell it to clean the whole floor, a room, or just a particular zone in a room. - You can schedule it to clean specific areas - the app will do the rest. It connected first time to WiFi. - You only have to do a quick 3 minute maintenance session every week, change the dustbag maybe once a quarter. - It copes surprisingly well with cables (if not too thick) and cavity floorboxes. - It seems pretty sturdy, but this might be one device I would consider an extended warranty for cos it is going to see a lot of action. I LOVE IT. Just some tips about "Mapping" which we learned in the initial days. When you first let it loose, the Robovac will create a map of your residence, a few tips: - Clear as much off the floor as you can. - Mirrors at ground level confuse it, so we wandered behind it with a tray - everytime the Robovac turned towards a mirrored door, we put the tray in front of the mirror. - Open doors in front of it as it goes. It needs all the help it can get to spot rooms off corridors, so when it comes out of an ensuite for example, close the door so it can check out the rest of the room. Then have a look in the app at the map it created. Chances are it will have missed some detail or made some errors. - If it has missed an area, create a zone and tell it to clean that zone. It will then add it to the map. - It will have merged some rooms and split others. Use the Map Edit feature to sort this. The same goes if you move furniture. You may need to do a zone clean of where a sofa was to amend the map.

Expensive. But worth every penny.
It’s epic. It will not get rid of very ground in dirt but for a regular clean to get rid of pet hair, dust and general dirt it’s fantastic. I use it downstairs on porcelain tiles, about 65 square metres and it just cracks on and does the whole ground floor. I tend to schedule it early in the morning and just make sure all obstacles are out of the way before going to bed. I am considering another one for upstairs, They really are that useful.

Great for hardloors but not carpet!
We recently upgraded from our old robot vacuum to the Eufy, and I have to say, it’s been a big improvement for our family of four! The old used to clean randomly and would often get stuck, but the Eufy is way smarter and more efficient. What I Like: • Great for Hard Floors: Our entire ground floor is hard flooring, and the Eufy does a fantastic job avoiding toys, cables, and other small obstacles. It rarely gets stuck, which is a huge plus with kids around. • Easy to Customize: The app is super easy to use and lets us tweak the cleaning settings, like suction or mopping strength. This has been really handy depending on how messy the floors are. • Helpful Alerts: The vacuum lets us know when it needs attention, like if the water tank needs emptying or if the filter and brush need cleaning. This has saved us a lot of guesswork. What I Don’t Like: • Not the Best on Carpets: It works okay on carpets, but it’s not great. It does an alright job in our carpeted bedrooms upstairs, but it’s definitely better on hard floors. Luckily, we mostly use it downstairs where it shines. • Small Design Quirks: There’s a small gap between the vacuum and walls to avoid bumps, which means it relies on the spinning brush to get dirt in those spots. It’s not a huge deal, but sometimes I notice little bits it misses. Overall: For hard floors, the Eufy has been awesome and way better than what we had before. If you’ve got a mix of floors, it might not be the perfect fit, but for us, it works great where we need it. I just hope it lasts a good couple of years!

Almost excellent.
This was such a shame. We were very impressed with this machine. It cleaned and mopped very well. However, we have just started the return process today because although the 3d matrix eye is pretty good at avoiding objects and mapping rooms it failed miserably on the freestanding piano in our dining room. The pedals of the piano were the exact height of the sensor windows that shield the camera at the front of the unit and for whatever reason the machine does not see them and bashes straight into them. I guess the camera can see above, below and either side of them so maybe it was an unusual case and the machine just got confused. The glass on these sensors is very fragile and just smashed. There is the option to set up no go zones but this is too late once the damage is done. The unit did still operate with a smashed window which is the reason I was able to post this video but the unit keeps coming up with error dirty window sensor which is why I have no option to return. Most robot vacuums have the sensor at the top of the unit which would prevent this issue. I did read on another review that the front sensor can collect cobweb ( in a way that a top sensor wouldn't ) which can mess up the camera but we didnt have this issue. Our misfortune was unfortunately more catastrophic. Despite my 1 star review I may consider this machine again in the future and will block off the unit from entering under the piano stool both physically and by way of a no go zone in the app. For now though I am just a bit peeved at having to spend my morning boxing up the whole unit to return. I am glad I kept the box and packaging.

Very Impressed
I'm so impressed. I was hesitant to buy a robot vacuum and spent a few months looking into the best one which included a mop (mop for us is essential and more important than the vacuum). I decided to go for this one after seeing overall positive reviews. Have had it for 4 days now and we have used it every day, so far I've had an overall very positive experience and it's been worth the purchase. We have white porcelain floors downstairs which need to be cleaned very well! I've added a video to show the results after the Eufy cleaned our floors. As the video shows the results are amazing, it's like we cleaned the floor ourselves! Unboxing and set up: - Very clear instructions when unboxing, easy to set everything up. - The only thing I didn't know about before purchasing is that you ideally need a space for the dock with 1.5m in front and 0.5m on either side. However, we placed it in a space that only has 0.5m on one side and the other side against a wall, and it's still working completely fine and manages to return to the dock with no issues. App: - App is easy to use and has a lot of different features to go through and personalise. We make adjustments as we use the Eufy more to create the best cleaning routine for our home. - Everything you need is on the app, including how long until you need to replace or clean certain parts. As the app has a lot of features you will need to play around with it a bit to discover what there is. - App informs you if there's any issues, e.g. if it's stuck somewhere (this is rare), or water needs to be refilled etc. Mapping: - First thing we did was get Eufy to map our home. I was so impressed with the mapping, it mapped our downstairs perfectly. All I had to do was name the rooms. - Upstairs mapping was a little less accurate and I had to make a few adjustments but overall was still quite accurate and I wasn't too bothered about adjusting the map. Cleaning: - We usually set to vacuum and mop together. If floors are quite dirty, might be worth vacuuming first separately then mopping after, otherwise the mop water might get a bit dirty, but the Eufy returns to its dock to clean its mops regularly so this isn't much of an issue. - It cleaned our white porcelain floors very well! It vacuums most dirt/fluff etc but might miss a little bit here and there - but humans occasionally miss bits too. Overall though the floors are noticeably clean. - We have a few rugs around the place and the vacuum function works well. You can adjust the suction strength. A few of our rugs are thick and/or fluffy so even when the robot lifts its mops up they still scrape against those rugs, but this doesn't transfer dirt or water onto the rugs. The rugs are still very clean and dry after the robot is done with them. - Manages to fit nicely in small spaces that we previously struggled to clean, e.g. under our kitchen cabinets. - Can also clean in the dark and has a little light which turns on automatically when in a dark space. Charge time: - Lasts about 1.5 hours of cleaning (with vacuum and mop together) before needing to be recharged. It had done a thorough clean downstairs by this time. - Returns automatically to its dock if it needs to charge, then continues where it left off once it has sufficient charge. Obstacles: - Accurate detection of obstacles. - Avoids things like electrical wires and fabrics that might get tangled in the brush. - Still manages to get close to obstacles and wall edges. Few downsides (I'm just being picky here): - Need to replace the dust bags once they're full, can't just empty them. I knew about this before purchasing but just might be worth noting that you can't just empty the bag and reuse it. You can get cheaper alternatives on Amazon which are compatible with the Eufy X10. - Has gotten stuck maybe once or twice near an obstacle which required me to get it un-stuck. However vast majority of the time it goes around by itself with no issues at all and I can go off and do something else. - It won't be able to fit everywhere, e.g. in spaces which are too narrow, so you might occasionally have to manually clean some spots. But the Eufy has definitely reduced my workload overall. Tried to keep this review concise but honestly had a lot I wanted to share! Don't think I will ever live without a robot cleaner again!

Excellent help around the house!
I bought this when it was 38% off (keep an eye as the price does drop every so often). It is brilliant! Excellent mopping and vacuuming ability. Easy to use app and simple set up. It has mapped my ground floor perfectly and connects to the app and WiFi no problem. It is quite noisy as it moves around the house, but this doesn’t bother me. The only major negative is the noise it makes when it self empties the vacuum. It is like a jet is taking off. But now we know this, I make sure we’re either not in when it does its thing or I warn my kids! We have named her Meryl Sweep and I am over the moon with my birthday present from me to me! (What’s a girl to do when her birthday is in January!?)
