Used this to make the viral Dubai chocolate bar and It worked fantastic. Tasted great plain but toasted up with butter it tasted even better!! Worked perfect for our bar and the bag was big enough to make it quite a few different times. Package is easy to open and you can re-close the bag to maintain freshness which is huge!!

I like that this Kaitaifi is pre shredded, makes for less of a mess, toast perfectly, and taste great mixed in with pistachio if using for the viral Dubai chocolate or any recipes associated! I just placed an order for another! Wish it came in a bigger bag!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dried and chopped kataifi. The texture was light and crispy after baking, and it worked wonderfully for the Dubai bars I was making. It absorbed butter well, giving my desserts a rich, flaky finish. The packaging was secure, keeping the product fresh and easy to store.The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the strands were a bit more broken than I expected, making it slightly harder to work with for my recipe. However, for general use, it’s a fantastic product, and I’ll definitely be buying it again!

Amazing! Great buy, the bag might be smaller than expected but it's pre shredded so it's much more in there. When toasted it gave that amazing crunch we're all looking for plus it's a resealable bag to keep it fresh.

I have been looking for this and finally found some that isn't pricey. I didn't want to buy a big bag either. This is perfect because it already comes chopped and it's a small bag for a great price, but you can make a lot of Dubai chocolate bars (if thats what you're looking for). I have used about half of the bag, if not a little less, and made 12 small chocolate bars. Great buy !
