Does Mikasa bone china get very hot in the microwave? Is it truly "dishwasher safe" for daily use?

Mikasa bone china does not get unusually hot in microwave and it does great in the dishwasher! I have Loria and am quite satisfied with it.

Is this dinnerware set lead free?

There was nothing saying it was, but I can’t believe it has lead. Mikasa is very reputable China. I would suggest calling Mikasa customer service.

Is Mikasa lead, cadmium and arsenic free?

It is bone china and therefore lead or cadmium free.

Do these scratch with utensils?

There are no scratches as it’s bone china.
