It works exactly as described, helped me add a second 2.5" HDD to my 2012 Mac Mini. The cable seems to be good quality and the tools are also fine. Wasn't sure what to do with two screws that would not fit the hard drive screw holes, but used a couple of my own screws so no problem. This is the cheapest kit I could find with identical ones being much more expensive, so I would recommend this at the price I paid £6.99

I was a bit disappointed that I had to order a torx R6H seperately as the one supplied wasn’t a security one (with a hole). Otherwise all ok.

I used the kit to add a second drive to my Mac mini (Mid 2011) MC815LL/A - Macmini5,1 - A1347It worked well and without problems. Just a couple of observations, first the motherboard removal tool will need a little bit of bending to fit well, and second although the flat cable doesn't have marks on where the bending points are is not a problem as it doesn't need to be precisely bended but it helps to start the bending before finishing the assembly.

The supplied TX6 screwdriver doesn't have the security hole needed to open the screws on a mac mini.

I used this kit to remove a HDD from a Mac Mini / it contained pretty much everything I needed (I used it to supplement an existing toolkit I had).The part I used the most was the motherboard removal tool which fit in and worked perfectly.
