Great drying rack. Comes assembled, well packaged. It is easy to maneuver into width choice, feels sturdy for use. Very easy to collapse for storage, taking up very little space.

Comes assembled out of the box. Sturdy and expandable. Then you can shrink it to put it away until next time. Easy-peasy. It’s great for a hotel room.

Sturdy. Can handle a lot of weight. I bought this for its compact size and because it's expandable. I live in a small apartment with only a narrow space for a drying rack. The only drawback is that the bottom rung is too close to the floor.

Sturdy and appears to be good quality. I've only used it a few times so we will see how it holds up with repeated use.

White rods with grey tips at end of rods looks great in my white bathtub and fits perfectly in tub even when expanded. Also easy to pick up rack to remove from tub when I shower & same to replace rack after shower, do not need to collapse rack to do so.

The Black & Decker Expandable & Collapsible Laundry Drying Rack is fantastic. This rack is very sturdy. After taking it out of the dryer & still damp I finished drying one of the heaviest sweatshirts (Men's XL) I have on the rack, laying it on the drying rack's top tier. I was happy seeing that the rack remained stable, with no doubt the capacity to handle more shirts, socks, delicates, whatever within reason one would intend to use it for. I bought this particular rack with the intent to be able to use it for heavier items such as jeans and sweatshirts. The rack has telescoping tiers, so it's expandable while at the same time able to fit into smaller spaces; very versatile. Easy to clean – I would use a soft cloth, dampened with water (and a mild detergent, such as liquid dish detergent, if necessary). Before purchasing, I had a few questions and contacted the manufacturer & seller, Vanderbilt Home. They promptly answered my questions; I feel Vanderbilt Home's customer service matches the quality of their product. (The B&D brand likely was licenced for marketing purposes.) I believe this rack is absolutely worth the money, as I think it will hold up better than most other (metal) racks on the market. (I personally wasn't considering wooden racks, which are at a much higher price point.) I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Black & Decker Expandable & Collapsible Laundry Drying Rack.

Nice and sturdy. Is able to hold a lot of clothes and fits into a pretty compact space.

It does fold up and close the way the description says, but two of the rungs were dented, bent, and therefore couild not be expanded. My apartment super used tools to hammer the dents out and he got it expanded, but it's a very difficult pull, I will not be able to do it ( I am a 77 year old lady ). So I am going to have to leave it open all the time.

Just what I was looking for. Great laundry rack.

look carefully at the dimensions, it is hopeless, cant hang 3 hankies on it
