So... Taste is wonderful, as much as I liked the alternatives, this was so close to sugar, I had to ask my AI if it was really Keto Friendly. I've been on Ketovore (Keto+Carnivore) for three weeks with barely any bathroom visits. I was a bit stopped up. I drank my first cup of coffee with this wonderful Rare Sugar two days ago, then went lifting with the wife. I had a bit of bubbling in the belly and thought little of it...put in the reps and wondered at the sounds my belly was making...these were like none I have ever heard. Besides, I had resigned to being stopped-up on this dietary change for the rest of my life. We came home, made our wonderful dinner, I had a keto-friendly drink, and the next thing I knew was that I was in a mad dash like never before. Left my phone, dinner and a piece of my soul in order to get to the toilet. I sat down and proceeded to have at least 5 rounds of ultimate flush. It was magnificent... In the past, I'd get fast food or take medicine to do the same. It was explosive people: DO NOT TRUST A FART. Seriously, DON'T! So as a test, since I have a PhD, I did the same last night... This time, within half an hour, the bubble guts returned and did not leave me for the next few hours. For the first time in weeks... I felt at peace in more than my soul. I was finally cleaned out. I realized that first day, the fire I had played with by having coffee and going to the gym! Five Stars for Taste and Five Stars for instant bowel flushing! - WOULD RECOMMEND!

A sugar/sweetener and fiber. Low impact on blood glucose, yay. Also, as far as anyone knows, it is safe to use unlike many other sweeteners. However, for me initially, it did have an osmotic effect. That is it drew moisture into my bowel and caused me to stay close to the bathroom. That can be a good thing or a bad thing. My 91 year old Mom wasn't going. One tablespoon of this in her morning coffee cleared her 4 day blockage. The sweetness is pretty much indistinguishable from sugar. I use it for coffee and cooking, it works with heat.

This comes through as promised! No aftertaste like one gets with other sugar substitutes. Sweetens like sugar!

I love it and it has a great taste

Taste just like sugar like they said but I put 2 tsp in my coffee and within 5 min it began to clean my colon. Great prep for a colonoscopy.

Very good and I cannot detect any aftertaste. Bakes well with about even measurement to sugar. Mostly I have used to prepare gelatin with 100% fruit, unsweetened fruit juices or in iced tea. I have checked my glucose after consuming and it does not seem to affect readings much, if at all.

As advertised, not as sweet but my preferred non-sugar.

A sweetener that takes just like sugar and is good for you? Great stuff! I’ve been putting in my tea and also cooking with it. There is absolutely no aftertaste and it blends seamlessly. I haven’t had any digestive upset. I recommend it!
