Easy to use
I like the ease of making use of my garden produce in soups. My husband can cope with this and made minestrone soup from the recipe book.

Returning this item for the second time,both broke after approx.1 month.

This is a good product the only problem is that things like onions and garlic that sticks to the bottom, and it's hard to clean off so I can't cook the entire soup in the machine but I half cook in a pan.then I transfer the rest of it to the machine then finish cooking the soup.

The buttons are not obvious and it is difficult to set the soup maker.
It is very difficult to see the flashing lights which are used to set the soup maker, they need to be much brighter. I would have returned this item had I not used it.
