Makes Window Cleaning Almost Effortless !
I was honestly skeptical about buying a window-cleaning robot, but this one completely changed my mind. I have several large windows and a glass patio door that are difficult to clean by hand, and this machine saved me a lot of time and effort. The spray system does a great job loosening dust, fingerprints, and outdoor grime, and the finished results were much cleaner than I expected. What impressed me most was how securely it stayed attached to the glass while working. The built-in safety features gave me confidence, especially when cleaning higher windows.I also like the flexibility of being able to use it plugged in or on battery power depending on the location. The multifunction station keeps everything organized and makes setup simple. After using it for a few weeks, my windows look noticeably clearer and I no longer dread cleaning them. It's definitely one of those products that feels like a luxury at first, but once you use it, you wonder how you managed without it. Highly recommended for anyone with large windows, glass doors, or hard-to-reach glass surfaces.

Spidey powers, amazing results, does mirrors too
Wow! Great job. I have had this for about 18 hours and so far, it exceeds my expectations.Long review for those seeking more info about this great product, but hesitating.I own robot vacs, so not new to the experience. But because of those, I hesitated on getting one of these. The vac bots do well (not ecovacs, yet....) but have become very complicated and needy. Not the case with this bot.It and its app are quick to start to work, and simple to use! Set up the app first, it's quick.I have a 2 story home with over 25 windows. Some on 1st floor are nearly floor to ceiling. Takes a ladder to clean most- even inside. With bad knees, ladders aren't our friend - so I called a pro for an estimate- over $600 (inside & out). Nope, do it ourselves. This was a prime days deal, so with extra pads and ecovacs solution I was in at a little more than $500, beating the cost of a pro for one trip, but bot can do many more over it's 3-6 year life.It does a great job inside, though this larger bot can't do every window- some I'll still have to handle, but not enough for me to look at the smaller bot yet. Outside, fantastic cleaning, streaked one window because I didn't follow instructions and clean pad after each window, and mine were dusty. Fixed that by having a warm water/dawn solution in a small bucket followed by quick rinse. Inside, pad cleaning wasn't needed but about every 3-4 windows. It's about as loud as a vacuum on high power, so you won't want to use it in same room and try to watch TV. 😉You also won't get to leave it for long - it's too fast for that. Cleaned my large windows on quick clean in about 4 min - on thorough same ones in about 6-7.Pros- no need for ladders -as long as you can reach the bottom part of a window well, simple setup and app, economically feasible over pros - comparable to self if using distilled water instead of solution - but less mess and work.Cons-this larger bot won't get my traditional mutton panes well, nor tiny windows (did still get two smaller ones, so check your window sizes compared to the bot size) - & look at the mini if you hav mostly very small windows.Docking station is a bit heavy, about 19 lbs, so moving the bot and station may be tough for some. Once in place, the bot itself is only about 3 lbs and has a handle. The back storage - and cleaner storage are convenient, but the back compartment is a little difficult for me to open- probably a me thing, but it is a little tough to pull out. And the door has to stay down if charging from the wall, I haven't seen a cord exit (notch to let the cords out while back door is up) making it less easy to move about, and a larger floor footprint while charging. To know- it pulls the cord out it needs from the dock, but the dock will need to be nearby. The bot isn't independent of it. But the dock can be charged so working with outside windows away from power is still possible. The cord easily retracts with a push of button to remove trip issues.Update, be sure to install app first. It works without, but you have more control with. Bot got stuck on door handles (glass door) and fought some (and lost some) on window blinds installed inside frame. App helps you watch for these and pause/remote control the robot instead of ending a job.I opted for the W2 pro Omni because it covered most windows and had the dock/portable power. Will look at a mini for future just because of smaller window possibilities and carry weight (not getting younger).Haven't tested upstairs yet, but the bot suction is very firm, so don't expect issues and look forward to clean windows without acrobatics there.Cleans inside and outside without much of a mess. Does have a few tiny drips, so I'd keep a small cloth nearby if you have delicate items (window sill/wood floors). I make more messes using water and a chamois. Outside, we'd have clean windows, but the patio, lawn, etc would be soaked as we sprayed water, climbed, cleaned, sprayed rinse water, repeatedly. Bot is much cleaner!Would recommend as a way to keep windows clean vs waiting for a year or scrambling to spruce up for visitors. The safety instructions say for residential only. I wouldn't hesitate to use on small buildings, but the cord length would stop work on high rises unless you could open the windows nearest the apartment.Overall, I highly recommend this if you have a lot of windows and don't like cleaning from ladders! Even without all my windows available, it will pay for itself in 2x over a pro; and probably about 4x over fancy extend-a-pole solutions (that will still drown your yard below). Perfect, not completely- but as good or better than what I can do - & a lot less work/much safer.

Ecovacs W2 Onmi - Works incredibly well
I have not been even moderately impressed with most cleaning robots, but I have a lot of exterior windows that can only be reached with a lift which is both inconvenient and costly, so I was willing to give the ECOVACS Winbot W2 OMNI a try. It recommends only using regular water which had me concerned that it wasn't going to do a great job on a few windows that haven't been cleaned on the outside in 10 years, but it did a fantastic job! The vacuum that's holding it onto the window is also pushing the cleaning pad very hard against the window so it's like cleaning your window with a towel with a lot of force. Just to clearly set expectations, there is no question a skilled window cleaner could do a better and faster job by hand but for those locations that are difficult to reach it does an excellent job. Here's what I love:- The all-in-one unit is awesome; everything is self-contained and can be carry from window to window easily- it's super easy to get started, just turn it on, hold it to the window and once the suction starts it just does its thing and returns to the location you pressed it to once it's done- battery life is very good, you easily get an hour of run time- does a great job of cleaning, there is literally no streaking whatsoeverNotable cons:- It can't be plugged in while operating. I thought I saw comments saying it could be charging while in-use but it doesn't allow that- edging isn't great, it gets very close but maybe about 1/4" from the edge is left- the trim on the outside of my windows is a bit low and a few times it got caught and it panicked but it still had plenty of suction so the risk of actually falling was low- can clean mild dirt and rain spots no problem but difficult grim can take a few passes- you can't really hear the voice comments because the vacuum suction while not terribly loud is louder than the speaker volume

First impressions are nice....
After reading others reviews I decided to give this bot a shot. I have a couple vacuum bots and figured a window bot would be a good addition even though the later is not set it and forget type of bot. You have to place it on the windows and sort of pay attention to it more so than a floor robot. I've only had it for a little bit and still getting the hang of prepping the pad. I've had a few instances now where the bot says its slipping and it stops cleaning which I think is pad related leaving too much liquid on the window causing the treads to slip.PROS:- I like the base station. The previous version doesn't have this and requires to plug in power but for me, I have windows with no outlets close by so moving the base station around works really well. Plus it has compartments for all the required items like water, pads, cabling.- Does a decent job at cleaning. A few of my exterior windows were pretty dirty since I have not cleaned them for a little while.- Really easy to use.- The remote control through the app works really well if you need it. I could imagine it being really helpful on a large window if the robot got stuck some how and the person couldn't reach it.- No problems with the sprayers. They both work fine.CONS:- The app remote is only bluetooth (ding 1 star). I think this stinks. Sure use bluetooth to control the robot but it doesn't have any notification capability. On my 3rd time using it I set up to clean a sliding glass door. At some point it got stuck on the handle. Luckily I happened to be walking by and noticed it not moving and then noticed the red light. If it was on wifi, it could have sent a notification 'hey there's a problem'.- Related to the above statement; if the app isn't open there's no communication. If the app isn't open, I do not know if the bot is done, having a problem, low battery, etc...- It seems that the robot favors horizontal cleaning. I've seen at times when it is going sideways that its slipping and the robot sort of turns upward to compensate. That's fine and all but if it did more vertical cleaning it wouldn't have to worry as much. Maybe they tested and found it uses less battery going horizontal vs vertical.- After it is done, you will probably have to wipe a little here and there especially where the robot finally stops. Seems like every time I go get it, there's a little print where the pad was and I have to wipe it down.Enhancement idea: The windows in your house are static objects. It would be nice if the robot remembered the window and maybe you even name it in the app. Then it could track when you last did the window etc.. Sure if you have windows the same size, how do you know if it's doing window A/B/C. That could be handled in the app.

I loved
I had been looking for something like this for a while and it has not disappointed me at all. It cleans the glass perfectly, without streaks and completely autonomously. The Omni station makes everything very easy and the results are spectacular. If you hate cleaning windows like I do, this purchase is a must. Worth every penny! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What surprised me the most was how quiet it is and how well it adapts to different window sizes. My neighbors have already asked me where I bought it, that says it all!

Watched It Clean My Windows and I Still Can't Believe It's Real
I've been putting off cleaning the front windows of my house for months because they're just annoying to get to properly. Set this up on a Saturday morning mostly out of curiosity and watched it work its way across the glass for about 20 minutes. Windows looked genuinely clean when it was done no streaks, no missed patches, just clear glass. The triple nozzle water sprayer is what makes the cleaning actually effective. It wets the surface ahead of itself, scrubs, and dries in one pass. The result is noticeably better than what I'd get doing it by hand in half the time.Docking back to the station is smooth and consistent. It's found its way back every single time without any help from me. The charging while working feature means I'm not waiting around for it to power up before a session just place it on the glass and go.The app is genuinely usable. Setting a cleaning schedule took maybe two minutes and it's been running on its own since. I get a notification when it's done and that's the extent of my involvement. I've had zero stuck incidents on my standard flat windows it navigates the edges cleanly and seems to know where it is the whole time.Build quality feels premium for $499. It's held up through several sessions and the station keeps everything organized and ready. Uploading my own photos because I think seeing it actually on the window tells you more than any product shot does.

Best thing since sliced bread
Work great. I didn't know the base of the machine couldn't be placed on carpet. I had to buy a piece of tile to place it on in my patio as it has carpet. Kinda disappointed but worked around it. All in all GREAT time saver as I have 2 - 8' and 2 - 6' patio doors at age 79 would have sore arms and muscles I never knew I had after washing them. No more streaked windows. I sit with coffee and watch my windows being cleaned.

Limited support for tilted windows
For vertical windows, it works fairly well. It's not perfect, but it is good enough that most will be satisfied, save the perfectionist neat freaks that demand absolutely spotless results. It's a robot, along the edges and corners, it likely won't be perfect. For the remaining 98% of the window, it's great. It picked up a fairly heavy pollinated sliding glass door well on the first time around. The second sliding glass door right next to it needed a second pass though, even with a fresh cleaning pad. So, your results may vary. The app is fairly straightforward, easy to navigate and use, no complaints there. Connectivity was easy to get working as well. I did not encounter any issues with sliding glass doors, and I suspect that for most windows you will not likely encounter many errors. The exception being flush mounted windows, or windows with a very thin frame, similar to that found on solar panels, as I did have a spare solar panel not mounted on the roof that I stood up vertically, and in a few places, it was able to run over the thin lip on the panel, causing an error for "lack of air pressure". This then prompted manual driving/remote control via the app. So, it's not an issue that can't be overcome, but it may become a hassle to some.On to the main issue that I have with the product. The marketing materials indicate it is good for tilted windows but never specify any angle limitations. For my intended use case, this became an immediate need to return, as I had intended to use this as a way of cleaning roof mounted solar panels. This won't work because the bot will not function if the angle exceeds 45 degrees from completely vertical, in either direction. This is not specified anywhere in the marketing materials on here. Given that the pitch of most roofs will exceed the within 45 degrees of vertical limitation, this will likely make it useless for any flat skylights that follow the roofline, unless your roof is within 45 degrees of vertical, which is not very common. This completely negates my intended use case, which admittedly, isn't explicitly stated as a use case, but to be fair, solar panels are covered with glass (a window), and they are tilted. It's not really that far of a stretch.Additionally, they do not recommend for solar panels, and the reason provided was honestly, a bit laughable. They told me that the limited water it sprays down may somehow get into the solar panel itself and cause damage to the solar panel. I found that quite odd given the solar panel is designed to be mounted to the roof permanently, in all weather, including pouring rain. I promise you the quantity and force of the water sprayed onto the panel is in no way comparable to a heavy downpour, which solar panels survive on an ongoing basis.Overall, it seems to be a fairly decently made device that could work fairly well for the intended use case, saving many people some effort. However, I will say that it will likely take longer to accomplish the task as you'll have to supervise the device while in operation. So, it likely will not save you much, if any time.
