Started taking this December 30th to see if it would help me regulate my period. I’m taken 4 pills a day since the 30th and today is Jan 4th and I’m already spotting to get my period. Note: my last period was in September. I have really bad PCOS so this is definitely a great supplement and will continue to use!! I’ve also been feeling good and my puffiness has gone down already in my face. Will do another review once I finish the bottle!

I have PCOS and finding products that help with the symptoms and all the fun stuff PCOS brings is difficult since it is not researched deep enough and every woman is different. This product has helped me get my periods back. It's easier on the body than metformin.

Works so well already. My period was weeks late due to PCOS but got my period within 2 days of taking this supplement(2 twice a day). I have trouble taking large pills but these are very easy for me. Definitely worth it!

I am 44 soon to be 45 years old and couldn’t understand why my body would get all out of whack when my cycle would start. My skin would dry out and flake, cramps, pain, severe swelling, and unbearable fatigue, and fevers. It felt like I was getting the flu every time my cycle would come. I really wanted to love this product. I have PCOS and have been trying to lose weight as well, but to no avail. So I was excited to start this with the Berberine in it too. I never have a period anymore thanks to my birth control, but the week after starting this my period started. Couldn’t figure out why, until I read the ingredients. Cinnamon and chasteberry can induce periods. Now I had hoped it wasn’t because of this supplement (bled for 2 weeks straight taking it), so I got off the medication to test if that was it. My period stopped the day after taking it. A week later I wanted to test it again, so I took it for one day. The following day spotting started. It’s unfortunate because there are good ingredients in here, but it’s not worth a period.
