These are the best fit I've found and a good price. I've had trouble with pads not being long enough, but these are both long and wide enough to protect from leaks and a good thickness to handle most potential leaks from stress, overflow, or urge incontinence. Be sure to read the description and select the right size and absorbency for your needs.I prefer this brand because it has a little ridge around the central area that forces the flow into a high absorbancy area, so the whole pad doesn't get or feel wet. It's not wet to the touch like some pads are because the asorbancy into the depths of the pad away from your body is strong..I see some people in reviews saying they are too long, but I bought the Prevail Plus Long with Maxazorb that are specifically meant to be long for those who need the length. The same Prevail brand has a regular sizes and different types too if you find these too long, search for those if these are too long for your needs or size.If you have middle of the night problems while asleep or full bladder flow, I'd recommend the full diaper type because they hold the most and won't get pulled to the side like just the pads do... a problem with any brand due to the difference benefits of pads vs. full underpant style with the pad built into the underpants. Prevail makes the underpant style too.

Prevails are fine. They are not right for me though.

AWESOME!!!! I found that the best thing about this is that it holds about 2 or 3 cups of urine WITHOUT leaking!!! As an elderly person who is incontinent, and handicapped that I am unable to get to the toilet, these guys have been a godsend!! I combine with pull up adult diapers. No need to feel that I am getting around with a mattress between my legs. Curved pads, soft feel, wicks wetness away, so I can ALWAYS feel dry!!! Adhesive perfect!!!

Too big, too thick!

I haven't found any other brand as effective as this one. Hands down, they have no competition in the same industry. It's a phenomenal product.

I've tried pretty much every name brand of pad on the market and been dissatisfied with them all for various reasons; too short, didn't absorb well, didn't stick, leaked, etc. I was becoming frustrated and running out of options because nothing is more frustrating than to be halfway to a destination only to have a leak! And carrying a change of clothes isn't always an option. It was with a decided lack of enthusiasm that I chose to try these, hoping that the price didn't indicate that these, too, would be a disappointment.These were delivered very promptly and, to make things even better, they were enclosed inside an unmarked box! That was the first point in their favor, I appreciate the discretion! Upon opening them, I was concerned by how thin they seemed and ready to consider them a lost cause simply because of that. But I bit the bullet and gave one a try.The second point in their favor is how well they stick! No shifting or sliding or bunching when pulling my pants up, the pad stayed where I wanted it to stay. The adhesion was reassuring that the pad would at least stay put as I walked, sat, played with the dogs, bent over to get clothes from the dryer and just carried out my regular day. When I took a restroom break, I was pleased that indeed, the pad was right where I need it to be still, it hadn't budged!But the final point in their favor came from how absorbent these pads are! From small, light leaks to an occasional sudden surge, these pads have handled everything and kept me so much drier than any of the brands I'd ever purchased from a store! As a result, I'm more confident and willing to go out now and, because I'm not using as many per day as I had been, these pads are saving me money as well! I pay almost the same price as the name brand pad I'd been using but get twice as many and don't use as many! That's a major plus!Long story short, don't let the thin size fool you, these pads stay put and are very absorbent! They arrive quickly and discreetly and are a great value also so I confidently give them 5 stars!
