My purchased experience (value for my money).
Excellent product with large storage (expandable storage) in reasonable price. I recommend this product to every music lovers to have this music player.

Not great
Okay product. But it's very slow performance and gets disconnected from wifi very often. Also Kindle and some other apps does not work saying the version is not supported in this player as it's outdated. Only amazon music works and that too intermittently. Also the bass and sound is average only like a radio.

J'ai achetรฉ ce produit pour ma fille afin qu'elle puisse รฉcouter de la musique depuis Spotify. On a supprimรฉ toutes les autres applications. Elle รฉtait super contente! Quelques mois aprรจs, elle supprime Spotify en faisant une mauvaise manip. J'ai demandรฉ de l'aide au SAV. Et j'ai obtenu le solution dรจs le lendemain. Le lecteur s'est arrรชtรฉ de fonctionner sans raison apparente il y a deux semaines. J'ai ร nouveau contactรฉ le SAV qui m'a de nouveau rรฉpondu hyper rapidement et ร nouveau trouvรฉ un solution.Bref, le lecteur correspond tout ร fait ร notre besoin et le fabricant est trรจs ร l'รฉcoute de ses clients et disponible pour les satisfaire au mieux. Je ne peux que recommander!

This little MP3 player is fantastic. It arrived fully charged up.I was a bit concerned about putting a loaded micro sd into the machine without losing my music! Customer service assured me that I can pop the card in with no worries. I am now listening to thousands (12k) of music tracks that were lost to me.It'll take me a little while to get used to the settings, but everything looks fairly easy to use.I haven't bothered with the equalizer as the sound is good without it.The MP3 player connected easily to my Apple Airpods with the "tap" controls still working.Battery life appears to be ok. But definitely not the 35 hours as advertised.It's advertised as 80gb. It is actually 16gb hard drive. The other 64gb comes from the included Micro SD card. Not a problem for me as I am using a 256gb SD card. Evidently it will take 2TB!It would have been good for innioasis to have included a protective case and screen protector! But they didn't.Overall I am very happy with the MP3 player.
