If you’re extremely bothered by bright lights in your room, this is a good clock to get to avoid that issue. I hate bright glowing lights, they make it harder for me to sleep. I was worried about finding a good clock with the perfect brightness after reading reviews on some clocks with most people saying the clocks were “a good level of dimness” but one guy on one review of a clock that I almost bought said “looks like a portal to hell at night, had to put tape over it”. Ultimately I landed on this one, the video provided shows it’s not going to be like you’re standing on the face of the sun in the room you want to be dark. Anyway, the auto-dim feature is great, it’s not too bright at all and the numbers are big enough to see without my glasses. It’s easy to read day and night. And it has a nice look to it. It’s not an eyesore on the nightstand. I opted to plug it in rather than use batteries. I got this because I no longer want my phone next to my bed. This is a great excuse to no longer need it there. Also love the red color because it’s best for your eyes in the dark. It is very self explanatory on how to set it up, all the features you need. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this clock to replace the awful bright blue lighted clock I was using. It is an easy to use, straightforward clock with no extras. I am so happy with it. The numbers are big and easy to read, and the red light does not bother the eyes. It dims automatically but you can still easily read the time. It's small and I really like that it's rechargeable and comes with its own recharging cord. I put 4 AA batteries in it as backup, but so far it's going great with just one recharge.

Great clock! It has a small footprint with large numbers to see across the room. Display has 4 options of brightness. Even a shutoff mode if you don't want any light, but level 1 is pretty dim if you want to see something at a glance. Also has a button for auto dim if you want it to do the work for you. Love that it's battery operated. Don't have to worry about finding an outlet. The buttons on the back are easy to read and understand. It even has a quick DST button so you don't have to cycle through the time when DST happen. Overall, very happy I got this! FYI... it requires 4 AA alkaline batteries.

I love everything about this clock. The color, the shape, and the big numbers. It has a low profile perfect for small spaces, and the control buttons are easy to access and use. The auto dimmer is ideal for low light and sleeping. Set up takes only a few minutes. Runs completely silent, but for the alarm which has ample volume.

LOVE battery powered!! No cords. Well made. Looks nice and good size. Set fine BUT II had a problem coordinating the time and day of the week. Had had this same problem with other digital clocks like this.. Have a hunch it’s my problem not clocks — but I had to return, sadly. Give it a shot good chance you’ll get it right.

For me this is the perfect clock. It easy to read and easy to set up. A nice feature is the auto dim function, as the day gets lighter the numbers dim. It has a low profile so it’s suitable for any location. Highly recommended.

Awesome clock! Allows auto or manual dimming, battery or USB power, DST options, alarm volume, and has huge easy to read numbers! It is exactly as I hoped, after having tried two other alarms that didn't meet my needs. Perfect for hotels and even cruise ships, where plugs may not be available, and counters are far away. Highly recommended.

Bought this to put on top of cable box. New boxes no longer have time. Works great day and night. Not big this is perfect for my end use. Ease to set, easy to see. White numbers show up great.

Really impressed. All the things you need in a portable clock. Versatile and easy to use with (time, alarm, auto/manual display dimmer) setting instructions printed on the battery cover at the back for quick reference. The display is large and clear and easy to view from a distance...even without your glasses. The unit is sized really well and can be used anywhere in the house and also for travelling. Impressive battery life.

Nice clock that is so easy to set up. I like the auto diming and if you put your hand near it it lowers the light and that is handy at night. I like that I can take it anywhere because it uses batteries but their is an included USB power supply.

Compact but easy to read. Seems to be keeping good time. Comes with USB cord, as an alternative to batteries
