Purely Inspired Green Coffee Bean, 60 Count

My wife is taking this dietary supplement for five month now, and I was told to my self if she already lost six pounds, I must try it too...I started taking it for two week now and I must say I drink more water than usual and it helps me with food cravings at night, as well as Itake it about 15 minutes before a workout and I feel I have some extra energy.Overall this is a great supplement and I recommend it!

I should have did my research first before purchasing this product by "Purely Inspire" which is my usual way. IT DID NOT inspire me. Because this product is way below standards. The minimum daily dosage according to all the scientific studies is 1600mgs. a day of the Coffee bean extract. These pills are 200 mgs. a piece that means you would need 8 a day even for the minimum dosage of 1600mgs. That is barely a 7 day supple. In addition most products contain 50% or more of Chlorogenic acids this product is only 45% if you can trust the measurements. Plus it is LOADED with Junk Fillers too many to mention. Look at the label!!!!!! Stay clear of this product

These seemed to work just slightly with weight loss. No extreme loss, but also no side effects.

I have been using this product for over a year and have found that when I stop for a few months, I feel sluggish and gain a couple of pounds. Combined with a proper diet and moderate exercise, I lost about 15 pounds last summer and looked great at the beach. Re-ordering some so I can get beach-ready again!

This did not work as well as other brands & yes, even with diet & exercise. Not expecting it to work miracles but I did feel it was not as effective as other brands. Does not give extra energy that different brands do.

These are fine - no problems with digestion.

Everyone has different opinions , but results speak volumes. My mom, sisterand myself are using it. It's not an overnight weight loss. My hunger is smaller, I'm at 154 from 166. Nothing major but I'm leaner and I've nearly lost the baby fat I've been carrying my entire life
