Support worked with me for a week straight to try to make sure that I could resolve the issue myself and if I wasn't able to they were going to help me get a part replaced for the machine. I love this machine it's been great I had a glowforge and this machine is the same wattage as a glow Forge but works faster than a glowforge I have yet to have a project to take me longer than 35 minutes to complete that's also including tumblers.
