EVL BCAA Lean Energy Powder Amino Acids Supplement - Cherry Limeade

I'm not a body builder. I don't even go to the gym. (Although I might if there was one where I live. However, my job involves alot of sustained physical activity for 6-8 hour stretches. Some days up to 10-12 hours. Two doctors I know (husband and wife) turned me on to this product. Honestly, it feels like my body says thank you when I drink it. I feel like my body absorbs it. I like the taste just fine. For me I use about a single scoop in about 6 ozs of water. I don't remember what they recommend, nd I'm too lazy to get up to go look. I tried a different brand of BCAAs that was horrible tasting. And it didn't have the same affect overall.

This product really works, with weight loss to providing energy to really help you sweat when your working out ! Highly recommend ! And it tastes great!

I liked this pre-workout because it did not give me any jitters or anything when I was working out. I could obviously feel more energy during my workouts but it was not an overwhelming amount of energy that my body couldn't handle. In addition to that, cherry limeade is one of the best flavors haha. Anyways I'm giving this a 5/5 because the customer support for this was amazing. There was a slight problem (no scoop in the container---all that digging just to find out there was nothing) and once I told one of the people that emailed me asking about this product, they were able to fix the problem within less than a week. No company I've ever bought from has ever done that to me before. So.. thank you to the kind people that were able to help me out! if you're thinking about getting this, you won't regret it. Optimal dose for good flavor and energy is about 3 scoops (in my opinion)

I have taken this for years. They recently upgraded their packaging, however, they also made their scoop substantially bigger without making the changes to the serving size on the canister. For the bigger scoop it should say 1 scoop (not two scoops). I'm hoping they are not deliberately trying to get you to use more product at two scoops. It would taste insanely too sweet. With that said, it still is my favorite morning drink. Gets me up and "going"..

After several years of not hitting the gym consistently I recently started again. I’m older now and it takes longer to recover and the energy just wasn’t there. My workout partner suggested BCAAs and this was the product he used. I’m glad I listened to his advice. I use this product as a part of my weight loss stack. So far, I’ve lost 12 pounds in 8 weeks without changing my diet. This product gives me the energy needed to make it through the day. I’ve also noticed increased strength and faster recovery. I am generally a skeptic so I figured my increase in energy and strength and the weight loss were all a result of just simply exercising again and had nothing to do with the adding BCAAs. So, I stopped taking them just to experiment. Not only was my energy down but I also gained back a couple more pounds and my recovery time was longer. This product will remain a part of my regimen!

I like BCAAs as an alternative to water. The only other BCAAs I've tried are Xtend and was okay with the flavors. But once I tried EVL I was truly blown away with how good the taste was. Cherry Limeaide is really good. The added 'Energy', caffeine or whatever they put in there, give me a nice boost if I'm dragging a bit. I wouldn't recommend before bedtime as it caused me to be a little restless, but great for mornings or during the day, especially right after a workout. I really like the EVL products in general; I use their pre-workouts and vitamins, and I've now added BCAAs to the list.

I really liked the taste of this product. It tastes like juice/candy, but the slight hit of artificial sweetener at the end is slightly unappetizing. There is no bitterness or sourness that comes in tasting this unlike some other brands I have tried. In terms of performance, it does help with soreness that comes with a hard workout. I tend to be sore for a smaller period of time than when I did not use this product. There is a slight crash that comes several hours after taking this. I work out at night and the crash comes perfect in time for bed. The order came quickly and I'm thoroughly enjoying this.

The flavor is great and it dissolves really well. Doesn’t give a big energy boost but helps with hydration and recovery

Great taste and seems to do as it says. With any supplement it will depend on the person to how it affects them but this one seems to work well for me so far.

I have been using the Evolution BCAA Energy for the past few years now. Many great flavours including this Cherry Limeade flavour. Great taste, mixes easily and it boosts my energy levels during my workouts!

This may be my second review of this product. Nonetheless, this is my 4th order of the Evlution BCAA and it is hands down the best BCAA that my wife and I have tried. We sampled other brands with various flavours, and yet they don’t come close to this product. It tastes amazing, it is effective, and it dissolves nicely. Good job guys!

I tried two different flavors of this product (fruit punch and cherry limeaid) and enjoyed them both. The increase in energy was quite noticeable, but it's still heavily reliant on caffeine for that energy. When I ran out, I had strong headaches for the following two mornings as my body adjusted to the drop in anticipated caffeine levels. I get better results without the headaches from tea. I can't imagine going back to this product knowing what I'll have to look forward to if I run out and don't have a replacement supply on hand.
