as long i was using this it worked great, my hunger levels were high after a short period of food and my digestion was good, very less bloating but one thing is i felt some uneasy after consuming the tablets before food, i fells some thing inside your stomach and its trying to do something inside lol, a slight bloat for few mins after consuming, which i got used to i guess its due to the capsule shelling or the probiotics idk but in the span of using this, it was great, and slight con is that its costly compared to other brands, imo if they pack in food grade plastic and ditch the big box as a cost cutting and reduce the price, to 700-800, its a steal deal imo, thats all tq
