I went to Japan & saw so many UV umbrellas. As soon as I got home, I searched on Amazon and found this little cutie. It’s very petite (perfect for one person) and folds up extremely compact. For being so lightweight, it’s very sturdy! It does get a little wobbly in the wind, but that’s normal for a lower-cost umbrella like this. I love the cute purple color, too. I’ve been using it almost daily for almost a month now & it’s held up well to both extreme sun & rain!

It’s so small! I can fit it in the side of my backpack and forget it’s there lol. I’ve used it a couple of times and it’s so easy to use. You can just put it away so fast once you’re done using it. It’s very good quality and easy to open.

I bought the white one, looks good all the time. Mini travel size, compact, lightweight, sturdy, easy to open & close, good value for money. I use it when it’s really hot & wearing a hat is uncomfortable. It’s functional—cools me down fast in hot weather.

I bought this for the compact and portable size to use during walks in the heat of the summer. It’s great for a still, sunny day. Downsides: Its lightweight frame easily flips inside out in the wind and it has been difficult to wrap and secure it the way it was shipped. Overall I like that it is easy to fit in a bag and provides additional sun protection.

Purchased this umbrella because I wanted a small travel umbrella that didn't cost a lot. The saying is true .... you get what you pay for. As others have mentioned, it is difficult to get fully opened. Even when it is taunt you have to keep pushing to get it to lock into place. Looking at the top of the umbrella, it shows that the stitching is pulling when it's fully open. This umbrella is definitely not super durable and I expect it to only last for one trip. For the cost and size, if it lasts for one trip then I will consider it a win. The size is wonderful and the handle snaps into place to keep it together. The white color is not a crisp white but rather a greyish white. It comes with a bag that you can store it in but you have to try pretty hard to get it small enough to fit back into the bag. Overall, ok umbrella if you aren't expecting much and only need it for a short time.

My skin makes Snow White look tan. The sun touches me and I turn into an angry crispy tomato.The sun is my biggest Frenemy - yes I need her to live but I don't have to like her. If you are going outside this cute little umbrella is a MUST BUY. It isn't a replacement for your regular sun protection but it is an essential addition. It is small enough to fit in the typical backpack water bottle holder and light enough to carry around everywhere.Buy now. Regret never.

The fabric is fine, but the umbrella frame is flimsy. The open locking mechanisim takes enough force to latch the head of the umbrella, it feels like it will snap off. My 8 year old could not exert enough force to latch it. And it's meant for kids.Don't recommend.

Sun protection is a very high priority for me. I have very fair skin and red hair. This compact umbrella was an absolute lifesaver for me at a music festival and theme park in Florida in the extremely hot June weather. Fantastic sun coverage as well as, temperature relief. Nothing drastic, but a few degrees cooler makes a difference in 95+ temperatures. I loved how small and compact it was when put away. Easy to carry and small enough to go in a small, full hydration backpack. It even held up to light wind gusts and moderately heavy rain. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again!
