The gummies taste good and yeah It did improve my hair quiet a bit in 60 days , but just after using it for 8-10 days of using I got a side effect of vitamin B contents in the gummies , which is insomnia , first I didn't realise that gummies are causing me sleep problems but , my doctor told me that too much vitamin b causes insomnia , which these gummies contain quiet a bit amount , so yeah for some people it might be a bit problematic , not everyone because everyone's body is built different , I'm not saying the gummies are not good for health , but if you're thinking of taking this , then first please consult your doctor or therapist . I would also not recommend, if you're already dealing with some allergies or disorders in your body .. thanks

I am using this from last 2 months and the results are great, it stopped hair thinning and visibly regrown hair can be seen, Till now no side affect The other best part is that it taste's good and easy to carry on trips as well. Very nice product with no side effects
