nutritionally good, taste wise, not that much
not that good when compared with brown rice + pea based chocolate flavor. taste wise, this is marginally better, but froth is a deal killer. recommend the other one. nutrition wise, no bloating, easy 2digest, no constipation, provided u drink 2-2 1/2 lt of water throughout the day & eat fiber in ur food. in summer months, drink at least 3lt of water.

Quality good, taste and smell very bad
Everything is good except taste, no problem with the protein or quality, but since it's cheap, most companies skip the expensive deodorising steps, it smells very bad, and it taste like you're drinking pungent desi ghee

No bloating no problem no side effects for me using from 15 days.

Gives very heavy headache
It gives really bad and painful headache if you take more than 1/4 scoop. I believe its the artificial flavor added thats making it. do test with cheap artificial sweetener before buying it. If you get headache with that surely you will get headache from it 100% don't regret later.
