Only negative which isn’t a big deal is the smell, but please don’t add chemicals to mask the smell. No after smell or taste after a burp so really no big deal at all. I’ll gladly deal with the smell because these vitamins have proven to be a great multivitamin. I’m in my 50s now, so it’s important to work from the inside out. I’ve been serious about vitamins since my 30s. I tend to love liquid vitamins but wanted to try something new and this checks all the boxes and I feel the quality is as advertised!

I’ve taken this multivitamin for several years. I always prefer capsules over solid pills, I feel they absorb better. These have never upset my stomach either.

Great vitamins and noticed that I do have a little more energy with them. They do have a smell to them that will make your pee stink and turn neon yellow. The taste is okay but would recommend having water right there when you go to take it.

Easy to swallow and gives a boost of B12.

No reaction with other supplements. Keep me going all day for an old lady.

Ridiculously priced currently but these are great vitamins

These multivitamins work like none other. I can tell when I run out and don't take them. I feel sluggish and lethargic when i run out. The difference is night and day. Absorption happens quickly. The pills are easy to swallow and are normal multivitamin size and coated.
