I poked around Sig's site and my answer would be "almost nothing" - except for the "tread" printing on the riser mount. Everything else seems to be identical. I do own both and the first 52010 I bought from Amazon a couple weeks ago was DOA as the dot was not connected to the adjuster screws. I got another one and no issue.
