Normal tension I received had 24, 27, 33, 28w, 35w, 44w, from 1st to 6th, in that order.

what is the difference between carbon and titanium trebles?

I haven't tried the titanium trebles yet, but, those I heard who tried both carbon and titanium trebles have mixed thoughts. Some say they are virtually the same in tone and feel, some say the carbons are louder, some say the titaniums are sweeter with less sustain, some say the opposite, among other comments. Suggestion - try both if you can afford it and see what's best for you. I surely will try the titaniums once the budget clears.
