These Nature Made Melatonin Gummies taste good and have no medicine taste at all. They are very affordable, easy to chew, and easy to swallow. We bought the raspberry flavor, which tastes great. Good product you might need to take two if you want to sleep quickly, for me it took about 30 to 50 minutes to sleep. I recommend this product

Tastes great and helps me sleep! I was taking Advil PM to get to sleep but my doctor recommended Melatonin. I was skeptical it would work but it totally does. I take 1 an hour before bed and I have no issues getting to sleep and staying asleep.

Take this review what you will. I am not a fan. Straight to the point, I bought these because I've used this brand before, but not melatonin. I was taking a 5mg gummy from another brand. I would cut it in half, making it a 2.5mg dose. The other brand worked fine, this one, I might feel tired but not for very long. I cannot remember the other brand's name With the other brand, I have a 2 hour window before I feel relaxed to sleep. I do not feel that with this brand. I've taken em and ended up staying awake 4 to 5 hours before falling asleep. It's like I'm not taking it at all I might take these 2 to 4 times a week. Just so you know my tolerance level? The other brand always worked. This one hasn't. We even my kid a 1mg gummy and it works. It even works on me if I take 2 of them = 2mg If these work for you I'm happy for you. They do not work for me. You'll never know until you try them. I'll be switching and giving these away

I have not been a good sleeper for the last 5 years or so. I happen to discover these by accident and they work exceedingly well compared to other products. I take one to three a night without feeling groggy in the morning. They help me get to sleep fast and stay asleep which has been a huge issue in the past. Would highly recommend!

My child (12) and I consistently use melatonin to ease into sleep and stay asleep all night. In the past I have used store brands and woken up very tired or unable to feel “awake” even after getting adequate sleep. Was taking a 5mg chewable and cutting it in half to try and minimize grogginess but taking the right dose is a better solution. Wake up refreshed and fall asleep easily. Good tasting gummy.
