Great book, pity about the format
Had to buy this as it wasn't available anywhere electronically.Great book but I hated not being able to alter the text size. I had to wear my reading glasses and I never have to do that with Kindle. For all those who talk about it not being the same when it's not a 'proper paper' book it certainly isn't. With Kindle you never lose the page, you can change the font and text size and you don't have to cram your home with bookshelves if, like me, you like to keep your books.Of course, you could also go away for a day and settle with your beloved Kindle and discover you hadn't charged the battery...C'est la vie!

Great read
Reading the series of Maggie O'Dell and for whatever reason could not get this read in the Kindle edition. Cannot believe how many times I tapped the page to turn it over, but was worth reading a real book as the story is great.

Another Kava success
I have to disagree with the reader from Hampshire and glad I ignored that review in favour of the more positive ones. - once I started reading, I simply could not put it down - not the best Kava but certainly in keeping with her Maggie O'Dell saga, giving quite a bit more insght into her character. I thoroughly enjoyed it - won't bother you with the plot the synopsis it all - great book, well worth a read. Exposed (MIRA)

book
Since reading my first Alex kava book I am hooked. All the stories are so different, yet they still have a connection to the previous one. Can never wait till new one comes out.

Wonderful. Highly recommended.
I loved this, it's pacey and scary because it's believable. Didn't know when to put it down as it simply kept moving me forward.

Uninspiring
This book has quite a good storyline running through it but sadly never really seems to make the most of it. It's not a particularly long book yet it took me the best part of a week to read, simply because it just wasn't one of those you want to pick up all the time. It's an ok read, but definitely lacking in excitement and thrills. The plot could have made a fantastic book but somehow it never gets going, and it all ends fairly lamely.

great author - terrible book (Exposed)
I love Alex Kava's books. Well written, fast and interesting action. From the first 'A Perfect Evil' through all the laster ones I have never been disappointed. Always a pleasure to read until this one 'Exposed'.It's a shame that the author chosen a topic she had NO idea about at all. Even for someone with basic understanding of virology and possible viral epidemics it's a dreadful read. Mistakes every second page made me either laugh with despair or want to bang my head against the wall - hard to read and enjoy. Loads of factual errors that could have been correct with 5sec long search on the Internet.Shame it wasnt another book like previous ones with good psychology and engaging action. Unfortunately with a completely confused and incorrect science its dreadful.

Helps pass the time
This series is an easy, best to start at the beginning though.

Sharp and smart suspense -- again.
Alex Kava does it again. Seemingly disparate events and characters begin to interweave with such intricacy that it is diabolical in the presentation. And such research and description of viral outbreak (Ebola) to a few "special" people and the potential panic it could cause nearly panics me. FBI Special Agent Maggie O'Dell is up to her neck in virus and a "mad" serial killer this time around using her profiling talent to search out the killer with her partner Tully right on top of it with her. As always, tension, wild theories, difficult clues and twisting plots make for an energetic read. And then there is that Nick guy. Hmmm. A really great read.

Another great Alex Kava
As an avid reader I found this book as good as the others in the series and always seized upon the opportunity to read more when the opportunity arose.

It's great fun to follow Maggie O'Dell's exploits and those of her cohorts. Sad to lose one of the main characters (spoiler). Love Alex Kava's books.
